The concept of neology can be defined as an enrichment which affects a given language at different levels, phonological, morphological, syntactic and semantic, Semantic neology is a special case of polysemy; a new meaning for an already existing unit. This is a change which affects the meaning without a concurrent change in the signifying form of the lexeme.

The moroccan linguistic market is considered as multilingualism , people speak more than one language , with two official (arabic and amazigh) and colonial languages (spanish , french )

Since 2003 amazigh has integrate the education system , and the promotion of this language in public administration and media is in progress , but this is not enough many efforts and actions has to be done to promote this language and to give this language its place as an official language.

The libye throughout the history was a land of immigration so many population lived there like Pheniciens , Jewish and romans.. etc. north Africa is was and is a destination of all nations.
