Commemorative material about Butler County, Kentucky native Stella (Phleps) Minton, which includes remembrances by relatives and excerpts from Stella’s letters to her daughter, Elizabeth “Betty” Allen (Minton) Upton. Much of this material was included in a book titled Memory is a Wonderful Thing: The Life and Letters of Stella Minton by Larry Upton and Judy McDonald and presented at the Upton Family Reunion, Phoenix, Arizona, 27-28 September 2013. Includes commemorative bookmark from the reunion.

Includes information on the deceased's date and cause of death, age, race, marital status, place of birth, residence, and date and place of intended interment. May include other documentation when a death occurred outside Warren County, Kentucky.

In Bowling Green a “Return of a Death” certificate was completed to attest to the death of an individual. Completed returns were filed with the City Clerk in order to obtain a permit for burial within the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky.
