Fertility Rate For All Races By State: 2007 Final Versus 2013 Final, Center For Public Affairs Research (Cpar)

Fertility rates are births per 1,000 women aged 15-44 years. The 2013 U.S. fertility rate was the lowest ever recorded, going back to 1920. 2007 was a recent peak in fertility.
