4-H Keep Well One : Extension Circular 10-01-2, Mary B. Nelson Oct 1939

4-H Keep Well One : Extension Circular 10-01-2, Mary B. Nelson

Nebraska 4-H Clubs: Historical Materials and Publications

In this 4-H Keep Well project, we will discuss some important things that are directly related to health, individuals vary as to type of build. Some belong to the tall slender type, some to the short stocky type, and others to the average. We differ because we have inherited different tendencies and because we have treated our bodies differently.

Meal Planning And Preparation : Extension Circular 9-03-2, Jessie G. Greene

Nebraska 4-H Clubs: Historical Materials and Publications

Health, Happiness, and Success go hand in hand. After we have learned some of the "Hows" and "Whys" of cooking in our 4-H club, "Meal Planning and Preparation" will be all the more interesting. The total number of required recipes is smaller in the meal planning project but we expect club girls to continue using recipes they made in the "Hows and Whys for Young Cooks" project.
