This study provides an analysis of market conditions for subsidized dwelling on its for a two year period from September 1971 to September 1973. It emerged because of the strong and prevailing belief that there exists today in the Omaha Housing Market Area (HMAl an urgent and unmet need for a large number of safe, decent dwelling units available at prices or rents that low and moderate income families can afford.
