With the increasing prevalence of threats to our digital privacy and the security of personal data, it is more important now than ever before to learn what you can do to protect yourself online. This workshop will delve into who is watching and what they may be able to find. It will also provide an overview of the shortcomings of Canadian privacy legislation and walk you through practical steps to reclaim your digital privacy.

Looking specifically at Kouzes and Posner's 'Five Practices of Exemplary Leaders' and Quinn et al.'s 'Competing Values Framework', we hope to share our own discoveries and insights and add to the important discussion of leadership in Libraries.
