Ouachita Baptist University’s School of Fine Arts will present its 30th annual holiday program, A Festival of Christmas, on Friday and Saturday, Dec. 2–3, in Jones Performing Art Center.

The Friday performance begins at 7:30 p.m., and the Saturday show starts at 2:30 p.m.

Ouachita Baptist University’s Rosemary Gossett Adams Department of Art & Design is hosting photographer Margo Duvall’s exhibit “All She Needed to Do” through Nov. 16 in Rosemary Adams Gallery 1 in Moses-Provine Hall. Duvall will speak about her work on Tuesday, Nov. 8, at 3 p.m. in Moses-Provine 206, with a reception immediately following.

The exhibit, presentation and reception are free and open to the public.

Ouachita Baptist University’s Department of Theatre Arts will present the 2012 revival of “Godspell” by Stephen Schwartz from Thursday-Sunday, April 7-10, in Jones Performing Arts Center, 409 Ouachita Street. Shows begin April 7-9 at 7:30 p.m.; a matinee performance will be held April 10 at 2:30 p.m. The production is open to the public.

“Godspell” is structured as a series of parables primarily based on the Gospel of Matthew and includes songs reflecting a wide variety of musical theatre genres and influences.

The Rosemary Gossett Adams Department of Art & Design in Ouachita Baptist University’s School of Fine Arts will host photography exhibits “Be Here to Love Me” by Liz Sanders and “Sticks and Stones” by Donna Pinckley from Feb. 28-April 1 in the Adams Galleries of Moses-Provine Hall, 401 Ouachita Street. The Ouachita Singers from Ouachita Baptist University was selected to perform in Hot Springs, Ark., at the Arkansas All-State Conference on Friday, Feb. 18, at 8:30 p.m. in Hot Springs Convention Center Hall A.

The annual Arkansas All-State Conference recognizes the accomplishments of Arkansas high school students who are selected for an All-State Choir or Band and brings them together to perform.
