The purpose of this report is to provide baseline data of properties located along the Connective Corridor. The data will serve as a tool to measure development of the Connective Corridor over time. Information in this report is presented in four sections. 1) Aggregated parcels 2) Downtown 3) University area, and 4) Arts and Lodging The downtown is defined by the geographic area extending from East Adams to Route 690 (south to north) and West Street to I-81 (east to west).
