This study employed content analysis methodology in order to analyze teamwork research focusing in leadership in the areas of public administration, leadership, and management. A total of 80 articles from 1999-2012 were analyzed from top academic journals in the selected fields. The area of leadership in teams is of great interest from the academic practical aspect of organizations. The role of teams in organizations has become an important research topic in theoretical, applied, and empirical research.

This research will test the hypothesis that the current e-services provision for 478 California cities and 58 California counties is more supply-driven than demand-driven. Constrained by available resources, local governments are not developing the e-services that meet the demands of their non-English speaking constituencies.

The purpose of this study is to examine the state development of program evaluation methods among agencies, which provide services to children, youth, and families in a municipality. This information will be used to provide city council members who oversee community resources and government funding with information about the quality of agency program evaluation methods in the pool of agencies.
