The overarching goal of this project is the compilation of a resource for those who have chosen to work with troubled youth. . Most workers in the field have a bachelor’s degree or less, and even those with a solid education may find themselves ill-prepared for the practical challenges of working with this difficult group. For that reason, it was necessary to create a resource increasing the practical knowledge base of workers in the field.
