Although many studies have established a significant positive correlation between prioritizing positivity and well-being, very little research has examined potential moderators of this relationship. The purpose of this proposed study is to investigate whether sensory processing sensitivity (SPS) impacts the relationship between prioritizing positivity and well-being. Using a correlational research design, this online study will ask college students to complete a battery of self-report measures assessing participants’ propensity to prioritize positivity, the corresponding level of SPS, and various facets of well-being.
