The dataset represents answers to an online questionnaire that was completed by 305 participants. The dataset captures participants' levels of emotional wellbeing, cognitive reappraisal, expressive suppression, and co-rumination. The data also captures participants demographics (i.e., age in year, ethnicity, relationship status, and gender).
