YouTube is the most used social media platform in the world where users search for information through various search tools provided. This study aims to analyze the behavior of information-seeking on YouTube among undergraduate students in Surabaya, Indonesia. We examined their information-seeking behavior and its implementation in daily life. We also evaluated the information needs and interests. This research conducted online questionnaires that were sent to undergraduate students from 27 August 2021 to 6 September 2021 and received 143 responses. This research was conducted to identify and describe the profile of publications in Indonesia in 2020. This research used the bibliometric methods. The data in this research were collected by searching through the Scopus database with the keywords: AFFILCOUNTRY “Indonesia” and PUBYEAR “2020” with the exception of AFFILCOUNTRY other than “Indonesia”. Data were then analyzed based on author affiliation, subject, document type, source type, source title, and language. Purpose: This paper aims to show how managers/users’ communication and negotiations through electronic communication reflect individual and organizational resilience facing the global changes in ICT. The networked record structure, as the centre of the interactions, symbolizes the internal and external communication process in the organization.
