Resilience In The Hybrid Culture Of The Military Reserve: A Case Study, Natasha Kreft

The Research and Scholarship Symposium (2013-2019)

Reservists are sandwiched between the demands of civilian and military cultures, and a successful acclamation into this hybrid culture necessitates resilient psychological adaptability on the part of the Reservists. This study highlights areas where collaborations are required to establish resilience in this hybrid culture.
