The Sutherland Foundation Innovation Lab will be a new space in Hale Library at Kansas State University with emerging technologies including virtual and augmented reality systems, 3D printers, and recording studios. Participants will engage in creative thinking exercises to generate programming ideas or civic media projects for communities and individuals using the space. To prepare for the variety of audiences and activities in this new space, the Sunderland Foundation Innovation Lab coordinating committee has facilitated interactive presentations with audiences at venues related to research, teaching and learning, diversity and inclusion.
