In today' s environment, one way to retain people is to have fully engaged employees. A correlation study was conducted to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and employee engagement among Social Security Administration (SSA) employees. The Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) is a tool that measures employees' perceptions their agencies. Pre-existing data was collected from the FEVS provided by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM).
