Letter from Earl Moore to WKU president Paul Garrett explaining the work of the WKU Alumni Association War Memorial Committee. List of 39 recommendations for creation of a war memorial room and sketches. This material is housed in UA3/2/1 President's Office - Garrett, Student Union Building. A war memorial room was created in the student union (Garrett Conference Center) when it was built in 1952-1953.
