Rochester Regional Health (RRH) is currently one of two large, multi-hospital healthcare organizations serving the Rochester, NY area. As such, RRH is also one of the region's largest employers. This collection documents the evolution of RRH through a process of hospital mergers, reorganizations, and expansion of services that began in 1984 with the founding of Rochester Health Care, Inc. (RHC) and continues through the merger of RHC with The Genesee Health System in 1994 and subsequent restructuring and rebranding throughout the late 1990s/early 2000s. Library Philosophy and Practice (e-journal)
Introduction: Cloud computing is an innovative paradigm meeting the user's demand for accessing a shared source comprising adjustable computational sources, such as servers and applied programs. An increase in the costs of information technology, emerging problems with updating software and hardware, and expanded storage volume, make it possible to utilize cloud-based health information cases. Organizations have focused on cloud platform-based services as a new opportunity to develop the software industry for healthcare. The aim of the research is to conduct a bibliometric study of the scientific productions on "health cloud".
Methodology: The present study, applied in nature, was conducted …

This research project aims to investigate the various methods seniors use to in order to access health care information. More specifically, this research focuses on seniors’ information-seeking behaviours in an online environment in order to identify potential obstacles to the retrieval of accurate and accessible health care information. The existing literature indicates that while there is a large body of research and study about the digital inclusion and exclusion of seniors, there is a dearth of information on the same topic when additional demographic factors are applied to seniors. This study focuses upon the marginalized groups of immigrant, Indigenous and rural …
