As with most sports, the incredible emotion that comes with dedicated fans radiates throughout the cities in which these teams reside. The positive economic impact that NFL stadiums have on their surrounding cities is the driving factor behind the creation of these sports power houses. NFL franchises increase tourism, and create an economic stimulus within the community that makes hosting an NFL franchise within a city extremely appealing. The first is the introduction and definition of the title of the article, next is Section 2, which contains literature on theoretical construct on economic growth and development models, including Inclusive Growth (IG) model while in Section 3 we present the role of money in economic growth. The paper addresses the issue of finance for infrastructure, the adequacy or otherwise of the traditional annuall budgetary allocation, and alternative methods for funding infrastructure. The potentials of the stockmarket in filling the financing gap, option of Public Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement in upscaling our infrastructure is examined. The Korean economy is based on a government led and export oriented growth model centered on business groups or conglomerates known as chaebols which have close relationships with the government. The government led growth model, also known as Guided or Managed Capitalism, relies on a government dominated, but privately owned, business sector. The private business sector is itself dominated by chaebols which are family owned or controlled business groups. These groups are supported by preferential relationships with the government. Research has not shown any proven long-term positive economic impacts directly resulting from hosting the FIFA World Cup; however, the intangible "feel good" factor has been hypothesized to bring positive effects to a country and its individual residents. This is one variable that has shown to have some positive effect on a host country, but its benefit is usually short-lived and commonly overlooked by researchers (Kavetsos and Szymanski, 2010).
