The export of Indonesia has contracted rapidly in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. However, little is known about the crisis-trade relationship, which is important for the policymakers to design the relevant policies. To that end, this study examines how exporters adjust in the time of pandemic as well as estimates the impact of COVID-19 on export performance by using microdata of monthly export transactions from January 2019 to August 2020. Background: Periodontal disease is one of the most prevalent oral health problems in Indonesia that affects supporting tissues of the teeth. Porphyromonas gingivalis plays an important role in the pathogenesis of periodontal disease. Alternative therapy with natural plant extracts, including pineapple (Ananas comosus) hump extract may inhibit the growth of bacteria that cause periodontal disease. Hybrid ceramics combine the beneficial properties of resin with the advantage of glass ceramics. However, there are limited study about on roughness properties of hybrid materials. Objective: To investigate of the effects of surface finishing methods on roughness of dental restorations made from hybrid CAD/CAM blocks. Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has caused series of lockdown in Malaysia which led to the significant financial impact to dental practitioner in Malaysia. Objectives: The aim of this study is to investigate factors affecting dental practice and its implication to financial situation during the pandemic in Malaysia. Methods: Registered Malaysian dental practitioners were invited to participate in online questionnaire via google form. Descriptive and Pearson’s chi-square test analysis were conducted (p<0.05). Second, to address the individual characteristics and household conditions that affect the health status of labor force, taking into account the urban-rural differences. This study provides empirical findings on the relationship between deforestation and income in 32 provinces in Indonesia. To enrich the discussion on deforestation, this study investigates the impact of the factors of population, roundwood production, land area, and main crop production on deforestation. The selected main crops in Indonesia are oil palm, coffee, coconut, rubber, and cacao. The results confirm the existence of the EKC relationship between deforestation and income in Indonesia. The study also finds that oil palm production positively affects tree cover loss, but the production of natural rubber has the opposite impact on deforestation.

This study seeks to contribute to the emerging debate regarding the effects of financial inclusion and openness on banking stability. Panel data from 217 developing and developed countries from 2004 to 2017 showed that financial inclusion did not affect banking stability. However, financial openness significantly affected banking stability in all countries worldwide. Furthermore, the interaction of financial inclusion and openness had a significant positive effect on banking stability in developing and all countries worldwide. This study aims to analyze the relationship between education expenditure and teacher quality on education quality at the senior secondary level in Indonesia. Based on data analysis across provinces using the Fixed Effect Method, an inverted U-shaped relationship was identified between education expenditure and education quality. This study also shows that teacher quality has a significant effect in improving education quality. The interregional analysis shows that education expenditure has an inverted U-shaped relationship and teacher quality has a positive relationship with education quality at the outside Java-Bali region. This study discusses the profitability and prudent risk management of sharia life insurance companies in 2020. The analytical method of this research uses quantitative analysis methods.
