The Role Of Partnerships In Economic Development And Labor Markets In The United States, Randall W. Eberts, George A. Erickcek

Randall W. Eberts

This paper describes the role of local partnerships in the delivery of workforce and economic development services in the United States. Prior to that time, national targets were based on past performance and the desire to encourage continuous improvement in the workforce programs.
