การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะศึกษา Be@rbrick ในฐานะของสะสม โดยแบ่งการศึกษาออกเป็น 2 ส่วน ส่วนแรกศึกษาทางฝั่งผู้ผลิตในการสร้างมูลค่าเชิงสัญญะให้กับสินค้า โดยใช้แนวคิดของ ฌอง โบดริยาร์ด เนื่องจากการบริโภคของผู้คนยุคนี้ไม่ใช่แค่การใช้หรือเสพสินค้าที่เป็นวัตถุรูปธรรมเท่านั้น แต่มีด้านของการเสพสัญญะอยู่ด้วย โดยมีปัจจัยอื่น ๆ เช่น กลไกการตลาดเป็นตัวสนับสนุน ส่วนที่สองศึกษาในด้านพฤติกรรมของกลุ่มคนที่สะสม Be@rbrick โดยใช้แนวคิดเรื่องการสร้างความโดดเด่นทางสังคมของ ปีแอร์ บูร์ดิเยอ ที่วิเคราะมิติการบริโภคโดยเน้นที่เรื่องทุนทางเศรษฐกิจและทุนทางวัฒนธรรม ผลที่ได้นั้นพบว่าผู้ผลิตใช้การร่วมมือกับบริษัทเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์สินค้า ตัวละครจากภาพยนตร์ ดนตรี แฟชั่นเฮ้าส์ งานศิลปะ และวัฒนธรรมประชานิยมที่ได้รับความนิยมและมีคุณค่าสูงต่อผู้บริโภคอยู่แล้ว โดยนำความรับรู้ของผู้บริโภคต่อสินค้าเหล่านั้น มาใช้ออกแบบลวดลายบน Be@rbrick เป็นการใช้กระบวนการเข้ารหัสให้กลายเป็นสัญญะต่าง ๆ เช่น สัญญะของความหรูหรา สัญญะด้านความทรงจำที่ประทับใจในอดีต สัญญะด้านการฉลองวาระพิเศษ เพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่าแก่ผลิตภัณฑ์ของตน โดยใช้กลไกการตลาดและการสร้างกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์เป็นส่วนเสริม ส่งผลให้ผลิตภัณฑ์ได้รับความนิยมอย่างต่อเนื่องยาวนาน ส่วนในด้านนักสะสมพบว่านักสะสมใช้ Be@rbrick เพื่อสร้างตัวตนโดยการแสดงอัตลักษณ์อันหลากหลายผ่านกิจกรรมการบริโภค นอกจากนี้การสร้างชุดสะสม Be@rbrick ยังสามารถสะท้อนถึงระดับของทุนทางเศรษฐกิจและทุนทางวัฒนธรรมที่มีของเจ้าของชุดสะสม โดยทุนทางเศรษฐกิจที่สูงจะส่งผลต่อจำนวนชิ้นและมูลค่าของชุดสะสม ทุนทางเศรษฐกิจที่น้อยลง ขนาดและมูลค่าของชุดสะสมก็จะลดน้อยตามไปด้วย ในขณะเดียวกันทุนทางวัฒนธรรมก็จะทำหน้าที่ในการเพิ่มคุณค่าของชุดสะสม ทุนทางวัฒนธรรมที่มากกว่าย่อมจะส่งเสริมให้นักสะสมสามารถใช้ความรู้ที่มีในการคัดเลือกชิ้นงานของสะสมให้ประกอบขึ้นเป็นชุดสะสมที่มีคุณค่ามากขึ้นตามทุนทางวัฒนธรรมที่มีของตน

To estimate the magnitude of the association between parent and peer influences on adolescent smoking as non-; light-; and heavy current smokers. By using data from 18,912 adolescents, ages from 13 to 15 years, from two years 2007 and 2014 of the Global Youth Tobacco Survey in Vietnam, were selected for these analyses. Data collected included measures for the smoking status of the adolescent and their parents and friends. Descriptive analysis was used to describe the characteristics of each individual variable. This study investigates the impact of economic development on health, using a panel of 217 countries (139 high-income and 78 low-income countries for the period 1995-2018). Five dependent variables are included, which are life expectancy at birth, infant mortality, under-5 mortality, survival to age 65 for the female and the male population. The preferred regression method used is fixed effects - two stage least squares modeling (FE-2SLS). This study investigates impacts of asset allocations on ETF flows across asset classes in a panel form, utilizing fixed-effects panel regression. The period of study covers October 2008 to July 2019. The investment universe contains 9 U.S.-listed ETFs, classifying into 5 asset classes. Monthly asset allocations are obtained from 5 optimization strategies based on mean-variance and risk-based optimizations. The findings indicate that asset allocations of risk-based optimization strategies significantly explain fund flows across asset classes. It implies that ETF market participants attempt to stabilize portfolio volatilities rather than maximize portfolio expected returns or risk-adjusted returns. This study further analyses relations …

A study into the effects of different macroeconomic variables on the comovement between the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) Index and the Standard & Poor's 500 (S&P 500). These effects are tested using OLS regression in an annual and quarterly frequency. Real Interest Rate Difference between the two countries is found to have a significant negative effect, likely due to investors turning to Thailand when it has higher real interest rate. We develop a model for predicting market crashes in the Stock Exchange of Thailand using a deep learning-based anomaly detection approach (LSTM-VAE). The model aims to detect market behavior before each market crash. Apart from the common stock market variables, we feed the model with the indices of systemic risk, and of volatility spillovers. With these two indices, the model takes into account the influences from both inside and outside the particular stock market. Governments need to secure finance for their country’s public projects. There are various ways for governments to acquire funds, for example, through taxation, borrowing money from international banks, issuing government bonds, and so on. For developing countries, a government may consider issuing international sovereign bonds to meet the country’s financial needs. This thesis looks at the determinants of international sovereign bond financing by 36 emerging economies using data collected from the Bloomberg terminal on international sovereign bonds issued between 1996 and 2016. This study examines the effect of ICT on wage premium, by using data from 64 countries during the period 2010–2016. The Fixed Effect Model (FEM) is employed to study the relationship between ICT development and income inequality, by using two dependent variables: the conventional wage premium and wage premiums for ICT-intensive occupation. ระบบชุมชนสนับสนุนเกษตรกรรม (CSA) คือ รูปแบบของความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างเกษตรกรและผู้บริโภค ในการซื้อขายผลผลิตอินทรีย์ โดยให้ผู้บริโภคเข้ามาเป็นสมาชิกและมีการชำระเงินล่วงหน้าให้เกษตรกรเป็นรายปี ผู้บริโภคจะได้ผลผลิตอินทรีย์จากฟาร์มเกษตรกรโดยตรงเป็นรายสัปดาห์ หรือตามข้อกำหนดที่ตกลงกันไว้ การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะและการตัดสินใจของเกษตรกรและผู้บริโภคที่เป็นสมาชิกภายใต้ระบบชุมชนสนับสนุนเกษตรกรรม (CSA) ในประเทศไทย โดยผู้วิจัยเลือกเก็บข้อมูลผ่านแบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างเกษตรกรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้บริโภคทั้งที่อยู่ภายใต้ระบบและไม่ได้อยู่ภายใต้ระบบ CSA ผลการศึกษาพบว่า เกษตรกรในกลุ่ม CSA มีอายุเฉลี่ยที่สูง มีรายจ่ายและหนี้สินน้อย ในด้านลักษณะเกษตรกรรม เกษตรกรในกลุ่ม CSA มีประสบการณ์ในภาคเกษตรน้อยกว่า และใช้พื้นที่ในการเพาะปลูกน้อยกว่าเกษตรกรในกลุ่ม Non-CSA เหตุผลในการตัดสินใจเข้าร่วม CSA ของเกษตรกรให้ความสำคัญกับการไม่ใช้สารเคมีในการเกษตรมากที่สุด ลักษณะของผู้บริโภคในระบบชุนสนับสนุนเกษตรกรรม (CSA) มีอายุเฉลี่ย ระดับการศึกษา จำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือน และระดับรายได้สูงกว่าผู้บริโภคในกลุ่ม Non-CSA โดยเหตุผลในด้านผลผลิตอินทรีย์เป็นแรงจูงใจของผู้บริโภคในการตัดสินใจเข้าร่วมในระบบชุมชนสนับสนุนเกษตรกรรมมากที่สุด

งานวิจัยฉบับนี้ได้ศึกษาถึงผลกระทบของการลงทุนโดยตรงจากต่างประเทศต่อการแพร่กระจายผลิตภาพการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ของประเทศไทย โดยใช้ข้อมูลรายสถานประกอบการจากสำมะโนอุตสาหกรรม ปี พ.ศ. 2555 และ 2560 และประมาณค่าด้วยวิธี Ordinary Least Square (OLS) ผลการศึกษาแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน โดยในส่วนที่ 1 ศึกษาผลกระทบจากการลงทุนโดยตรงจากต่างประเทศต่อผลิตภาพการผลิตของสถานประกอบการยานยนต์ พบว่าสถานประกอบการที่มีต่างชาติร่วมลงทุนจะมีผลิตภาพการผลิตที่สูงกว่าสถานประกอบการที่ไม่มีต่างชาติร่วมลงทุน ส่วนในส่วนที่ 2 ศึกษาการแพร่กระจายผลิตภาพการผลิตจากการลงทุนโดยตรงจากต่างประเทศต่อสถานประกอบการยานยนต์ท้องถิ่น พบว่าการเข้ามาลงทุนของต่างชาติส่งผลให้เกิดการแพร่ กระจายผลิตภาพการผลิตไปสู่สถานประกอบการยานยนต์ท้องถิ่น ทำให้สถานประกอบการยานยนต์ท้องถิ่นมีผลิตภาพการผลิตสูงขึ้น การสะสมทุนมนุษย์เป็นตัวแปรสำคัญที่ทำให้การเข้ามาของต่างชาติส่งผลกระทบต่อการเพิ่มผลิตภาพการผลิตของสถานประกอบการท้องถิ่นได้ดียิ่งขึ้น

งานวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเหลื่อมล้ำของค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาพยาบาลที่ต้องจ่ายด้วยตนเองของผู้สูงอายุในประเทศไทยโดยผ่านตัวแปรดัชนีความมั่งคั่งและความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยอื่นๆต่อค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาพยาบาลที่ต้องจ่ายด้วยตนเองของผู้สูงอายุ ซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือ ผู้สูงอายุที่มีอายุ 60 ขึ้นไป ข้อมูลที่ใช้เป็นข้อมูลทุติยภูมิจากสำรวจอนามัยและสวัสดิการ พ.ศ. 2560 และ 2062 ที่เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยสำนักงานสถิติแห่งชาติ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์คือสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยโทบิต ซึ่งจะแบ่งการวิเคราะห์เป็น 2 กรณีคือ กรณีผู้ป่วยนอกและกรณีผู้ป่วยใน ผลการวิจัยทั้งในกรณีที่ผู้สูงอายุเป็นผู้ป่วยนอกและผู้ป่วยในพบว่าผู้สูงอายุที่มีระดับดัชนีความมั่งคั่งหรือระดับรายได้ที่ต่ำมีผลเชิงลบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติต่อค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาพยาบาลที่ต้องจ่ายด้วยตนเองเมื่อเทียบกับผู้สูงอายุที่มีระดับดัชนีความมั่งคั่งหรือระดับรายได้ที่สูงกว่า แสดงถึงความเหลื่อมล้ำในการเลือกเข้ารับการรักษาในสถานพยาบาลที่แตกต่างกันตามความสามารถในการจ่ายของผู้สูงอายุ นอกจากนี้การวิเคราะห์ในกรณีผู้ป่วยนอกยังพบว่า จำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือนมีผลเชิงลบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติต่อค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาพยาบาลที่ต้องจ่ายด้วยตนเอง ผู้สูงอายุที่อาศัยอยู่ในภาคกลาง, ภาคเหนือ, ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และภาคใต้มีผลเชิงลบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติต่อค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาพยาบาลที่ต้องจ่ายด้วยตนเองเมื่อเทียบกับผู้สูงอายุที่อาศัยอยู่ในกรุงเทพ จำนวนโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังมีผลเชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติต่อค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาพยาบาลที่ต้องจ่ายด้วยตนเอง ผู้สูงอายุที่ป่วยในกลุ่มโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังในกลุ่มโรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือด กลุ่มโรคเบาหวานและความผิดปกติของต่อมไร้ท่อและเมตะบิลิซึมมีผลเชิงลบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติต่อค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาพยาบาลที่ต้องจ่ายด้วยตนเองเมื่อเทียบกับผู้สูงอายุที่ไม่ได้ป่วยเป็นโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง แต่ในผู้สูงอายุที่ป่วยเป็นโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังในกลุ่มอื่นๆมีผลเชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติต่อค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาพยาบาลที่ต้องจ่ายด้วยตนเองเมื่อเทียบกับผู้สูงอายุที่ไม่ได้ป่วยเป็นโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง ผู้สูงอายุที่มีสิทธิข้าราชการ/ ข้าราชการบำนาญมีผลเชิงลบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติต่อค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาพยาบาลที่ต้องจ่ายด้วยตนเองเมื่อเทียบกับผู้สูงอายุที่มีสวัสดิการค่ารักษาพยาบาลอื่นๆ และผู้สูงอายุที่อยู่ในระดับดัชนีความมั่งคั่งที่ต่ำและมีสิทธิประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้ามีผลเชิงลบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติต่อค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาพยาบาลที่ต้องจ่ายด้วยตนเองเมื่อเทียบกับผู้สูงอายุที่มีระดับดัชนีความมั่งคั่งที่สูงกว่าและมีสิทธิประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้า ส่วนในกรณีผู้ป่วยในมีผลการศึกษาของตัวแปรจำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือน ตัวแปรจำนวนโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง ตัวแปรกลุ่มโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง และตัวแปรร่วมระหว่างดัชนีความั่งคังกับประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้าเช่นเดียวกันกับกรณีผู้ป่วยนอก แต่ยังมีตัวแปรที่มีผลการศึกษาเพิ่มเติมก็คือ ตัวแปรระดับการศึกษาพบว่าผู้สูงอายุที่มีระดับการศึกษาก่อนประถมศึกษามีผลเชิงลบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติต่อค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาพยาบาลที่ต้องจ่ายด้วยตนเองเมื่อเทียบกับผู้สูงอายุที่มีระดับการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าปริญญาตรี ตัวแปรสถานะภาพสมรสพบว่าผู้สูงอายุที่แต่งงานแล้วมีผลเชิงลบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติต่อค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาพยาบาลที่ต้องจ่ายด้วยตนเองเมื่อเทียบกับผู้สูงอายุที่ยังโสด หย่า หม้ายหรือแยกกัน ตัวแปรกลุ่มของโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังพบว่าผู้สูงอายุที่ป่วยเป็นกลุ่มโรคเรื้อรังของระบบหายใจมีผลเชิงลบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติต่อค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาพยาบาลที่ต้องจ่ายด้วยตนเองเมื่อเทียบกับผู้สูงอายุที่ไม่ได้ป่วยเป็นโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง ตัวแปรสวัสดิการค่ารักษาพยาบาลมีผลเพิ่มเติมจากกรณีผู้ป่วยนอกคือผู้สูงอายุที่มีสวัสดิการค่ารักษาพยาบาลเป็นประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้ามีผลเชิงลบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติต่อค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาพยาบาลที่ต้องจ่ายด้วยตนเองเมื่อเทียบกับผู้สูงอายุที่มีสวัสดิการค่ารักษาพยาบาลอื่น และผู้สูงอายุที่มีสวัสดิการค่ารักษาพยาบาลเป็นประกันสังคม/ กองทุนทดแทนมีผลเชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติต่อค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาพยาบาลที่ต้องจ่ายด้วยตนเองเมื่อเทียบกับผู้สูงอายุที่มีสวัสดิการค่ารักษาพยาบาลอื่น และจำนวนวันในการเข้าพักในสถานพยาบาลของผู้สูงอายุมีผลเชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติต่อค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาพยาบาลที่ต้องจ่ายด้วยตนเอง แต่การศึกษาครั้งนี้จะให้ความสำคัญกับตัวแปรดัชนีความมั่งคั่งเพื่อสะท้อนความเหลื่อมล้ำในค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาพยาบาลที่ต้องจ่ายด้วยตนเองที่แตกต่างกันในผู้สูงอายุที่มีดัชนีความมั่งคั่งในระดับที่แตกต่างกัน ซึ่งจากผลการศึกษาที่กล่าวมาแล้วนั้น สะท้อนให้เห็นว่าเกิดความเหลื่อมล้ำในค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาพยาบาลที่ต้องจ่ายด้วยตนเองขึ้นจริง

This research investigates the factors affecting Thailand’s export growth and stability at the product level. There are 3 key factors extracted from international trade data, which are the distance from Thailand to a product (distance), Product Complexity Index (PCI), the competition level of products. Distance reflects the potential of Thailand to successfully export the product base on existing capabilities. PCI informs the complexity of producing and exporting process of the product.
