This study focuses on the relationship between fictional characters in the television sitcom Scrubs. Specifically, the research focuses on the character's working relationship tactics which maintained their level of interpersonal disclosure to understand its effects in their superior/subordinate relationship.

The purpose of this project is to present the design and guidelines for implementation of a theory based intercultural communication skills training program. This thesis examines the factors that help induce cognitive dissonance which may be dramitically reduced in new and used vehicle-buyers. The research uses a quantitative method to investigate whether vehicle owners experience cognitive dissonance when making decisions, influenced by others, getting good or bad deals when purchasing automobiles and being satisfied with their vehicles.

For the purpose of this thesis, the main focus of the feminist rhetorical criticism method was specifically linked to gender-related power inequities. This method was especially appropriate for the analysis of how film violence is used as a feminist rhetorical strategy in the Kill Bill films. This thesis is more closely aligned with challenging rhetorical standards as it sought to identify feminist counter positions of rhetoric in film violence.
