Background: One of the problems that human beings usually face are Crises and the spread of communicable diseases, and they occasionally appear in societies and make many problems with human beings. The control towards Indonesian forest and land fires in 2020 is deemed more complicated due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Its rapid dissemination encourages the central and regional government officials to focus the Covid-19 risk reduction through some policies, such as health protocol, social activity and large-scale meeting restrictions as well as independent regional quarantine, causing the controlling process towards the fires to be implemented by collaborating a direct method in disaster-vulnerable areas through digital communication media.
