Social messages in Public Service Ads should be designed as appealing as possible because it affects the effectiveness of the advertisement. This study aims to investigate the attractiveness of public service advertisement of Preserving Peat Forests. The study uses a quantitative approach and data were collected through surveys involving respondents who work in Peat Restoration Agency in South Kalimantan. The measurement uses a semantic differential scale. The results show that informative/rational appeal of Public Service Ads Preserving Peat Forests is in the medium category, while the emotional appeal is rather low.
