A July 13, 2017, presentation of the Monterey County Water Resources Agency (MCWRA) at the Joint Meeting of the MCWRA Board and Monterey County Board of Supervisors. Provides a review of the Monterey County Water Resources Agency Groundwater Monitoring program the purpose of which is to monitor the health of the basin, evaluate MCWRA projects and develop basin management strategies pertaining to groundwater use and seawater intrusion.
