This study tries to examine research on Islamic digital libraries in reputable journals. This study uses descriptive statistical analysis based on 47 publications of selected articles or papers related to Islamic digital libraries which are processed with VOSviewer software. This study finds that research that examines the theme of Islamic digital libraries is still very minimal. This study also found that digital libraries that provide facilities regarding Islamic fields and studies must be developed in relation to the increasingly sophisticated era.
