Suburban Cosmopolitanism: How Niceness Undermines Patriotism, Joseph Natali

Many prominent conservatives of the 20th century have commented on moral superiority of a love of a particular place and community over a general cosmopolitan love of humanity. For a multitude of reasons, suburban living does not help to foster this love of one’s immediate surroundings.
