Design And Finite Element Analysis Of Reflector Spherical Shell For Flight Simulator, Hailiang Bai, Jiang Nan, Zhang Liao, Yuewen Fu

Journal of System Simulation

Abstract: The fight simulator with six-degree-of-freedom motion platform can simulate the flight attitude in real time and provide realistic overload dynamic feeling, which requires that the equipment on the platform must adapt to the overload during flight simulation. To solve the contradiction between the rigidity and weight of material, the glass fiber composite material is used to design and manufacture the spherical shell of the mirror . To improve the optical collimation of the reflector, the specific hyperboloid aspheric surface is selected as the surface design scheme, the 3D model of the spherical shell is constructed. The parameters of the …

Research On Fuzzy Adaptive Somatosensory Algorithm For Flight Simulator, Wang Hui, Baofeng Zhang

Journal of System Simulation

Abstract: In order to improve the dynamic fidelity of flight simulator and make full use of the working space, the corresponding improvement scheme of the classical washout algorithm is proposed based on the Stewart motion platform. A two-way fuzzy adaptive elution algorithm is proposed. The algorithm is more in line with the sensory model of the human body by combining the two-way filtering algorithm improvement and the one-dimensional fuzzy adaptive adjustment to compensate the displacement of the high-pass acceleration channel according to the fuzzy rule. The results show that the improved two-way fuzzy adaptive filtering algorithm improves the displacement space from …

Application Of Compound Control For Flight Simulator With Eid Estimator, Ren Yan, Guanhua Zhao, Wenbo Tan, Xiaodong Liu

Journal of System Simulation

Abstract: In view of the problem that the interference and nonlinear friction sensitively effect on flight simulators, an improved approximation differential compound control strategy with Equivalent Input Disturbance (EID) estimator is presented. Moreover, the setting conditions based on given parameters was proposed. In the presented strategy, the EID estimator can compensate the equivalent input disturbance of the system. Furthermore, owing to the construction of the digital feedforward via the improved differentiator, the improved approximation differentiator is able to acquire accurately the velocity and the acceleration of the signal, and has an ability to inhibit the partial noise by use of …

Sliding Backstepping Mode Control For Flight Simulator Servo Based On Disturbance Compensation And Differentiator, Huibo Liu, Shanglei Liu Jan 2019

Sliding Backstepping Mode Control For Flight Simulator Servo Based On Disturbance Compensation And Differentiator, Huibo Liu, Shanglei Liu

Journal of System Simulation

Abstract: Considering the uncertain factors in flight simulator servo system, such as friction torque and modeling error, a sliding backstepping mode control strategy based on the nonlinear extended state observer (NESO) and differentiator was put forward. The uncertain factors were defined as compound disturbances, and the NESO was used for observations in combination with real-time compensations that reduced impact on the system brought by disturbances. Differentiator was used to estimate the system state variables, hence preventing the noise amplifications caused by the difference method; law design came under the control of a sliding backstepping mode controller designed in accordance with …

Fuzzy Sliding Backstepping Mode Control For Flight Simulator Servo Based On Friction And Disturbance Compensation, Huibo Liu, Shanglei Liu

Journal of System Simulation

Abstract: Considering friction, modeling errors and other uncertainties of flight simulator servo system, a compensation strategy which combines model-based friction compensation with nonlinear disturbance observer compensation was proposed. First, the friction is modeled , whose parameters are identified by using genetic algorithm, and using the identified model to compensate. Second, using a nonlinear disturbance observer to estimate the modeling errors, friction less-compensation or over-compensation and other uncertainties, and using this observed value to compensate. The system adopted sliding backstepping controller to ensure the stabilization of the system. Finally, the fuzzy algorithm is adopted to adjust the switching gain of sliding …
