Video game consoles can no longer be viewed as just gaming consoles but rather as full multimedia machines, capable of desktop computer-like performance. The past has shown that game consoles have been used in criminal activities such as extortion, identity theft, and child pornography, but with their ever-increasing capabilities, the likelihood of the expansion of criminal activities conducted on or over the consoles increases. Most non-trivial problems require the coordinated performance of multiple goal-oriented and time-critical tasks. Coordinating the performance of the tasks is required due to the dependencies among the tasks and the sharing of resources. In this work, an agent learns to perform a task using reinforcement learning with a self-organizing neural network as the function approximator. We propose a novel coordination strategy integrating Motivated Learning (ML) and a self-organizing neural network for multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL). Video game developers attempt to convey moods to emphasize their game's narrative. Events that occur within the game usually convey success or failure in some way meaningful to the story's progress. Ideally, when these events occur, the intended change in mood should be perceivable to the player. One way of doing so is to change the music. This requires musical tracks to represent many possible moods, states and game events. This can be very taxing on composers, and encoding the control flow (when to transition) of the tracks can prove to be tricky as well.

The display component on mobile device has always been a main power drain compared to networking and processing components. Even with advancement in display technology such as Organic Light Emitting Diodes (OLED) displays to help reduce this cost, the increasing display size and new mobile usage paradigm (App stores and Social networking), the display still remains as the largest power drain component.
