Finger Lakes ReUse (FLR) has been steadily growing since opening the doors to its ReUse Center in 2008. Part of this growth has been an increase in material donations that are resold in The ReUse Center, a secondhand store of building materials, household goods, furniture, and electronics. Managing the daily flow of donations is challenging due to limited space and other constraints. yet, FLR must address its donation management processes as the sales from donations cover organizational expenses and allow the organization to maintain financial stability.
