This paper presents some advantages of using social media and social networks as an efficient way of Central Banks communication with target audience. The statistics given in this paper presents some leading banks based on number of followers on Twitter in 2018, showing that Indonesia’s Central Bank has more Twitter followers than any other monetary authority, beating out the Banco de Mexico, Federal Reserve, European Central Bank and Reserve Bank of India. The paper describes the advantages of using technical and technological achievements through the social networks and their implementation in Central Banks communication. A study of some Central Banks on their use of social media and some of the most popular social networks are given, showing that social media is becoming an important medium of communication for Central Banks around the world. A collection of data is gathered from surveys held in a Spring Course of the Economic Faculty in the University “Ismail Qemali” of Vlora, Albania. The data set for each student contains the names of the other students through which he/she have a “social relationship”. This relationship includes frequent communications, discussions on exercise solutions, and sitting usually close to each other in the class. We have constructed.
