In a Disaster Response Management (DRM) Scenario, Communication and Coordination Are Limited, and Absence of Related Infrastructure Hinders Situational Awareness. Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) or Drones Provide New Capabilities for DRM to Address These Barriers.
