Despite some incredible advancements in technology, a significant population of the world does not have internet connectivity. These people lack access to crucial information that is easily available to the rest of the world. To solve this problem, we implement a Delay Tolerant Network (DTN) that allows users in disconnected regions access to the internet. This is enabled by collecting all data requests on the users’ phones and passing them to a device that can carry them to a connected region.
