Building Information Modelling (BIM) has revolutionized the way the construction industry designs, constructs, and manages buildings. Certainly, the utilization of BIM can optimize the usage of materials in a construction project, considering the high level of concrete consumption globally and its significant environmental impact. In DKI Jakarta, despite the extensive infrastructure development, there has been a significant decline in the usage of public transportation. This can be attributed to the inadequate quality of the services provided. Various studies have highlighted the significance of evaluating the quality of service in public transportation to ensure passenger satisfaction and attract new users.
