The national highway traffic safety administration (NHTSA) identified cybersecurity of the automobile systems are more critical than the security of other information systems. Researchers already demonstrated remote attacks on critical vehicular electronic control units (ECUs) using controller area network (CAN). Besides, existing intrusion detection systems (IDSs) often propose to tackle a specific type of attack, which may leave a system vulnerable to numerous other types of attacks. Bug Bounty Programs (BBPs) play an important role in providing and maintaining security in software applications. These programs allow testers to discover and resolve bugs before the general public is aware of them, preventing incidents of widespread abuse. However, they have shown problems such as organizations providing accountability of reporting bugs and nonrecognition of testers. In this paper, we discuss Bountychain, a decentralized application using Ethereum-based Smart Contracts (SCs) and the Interplanetary File System (IPFS), a distributed file storage system. In virtual MIMO technology, distributed single-antenna radio systems cooperate on information transmission and reception as a multiple-antenna MIMO radio system. In this paper, a cooperative transmission scheme, virtual MIMO network formation and reconfiguration algorithms, and a cooperative routing backbone are cross-layered designed for wireless sensor networks (WSNs) to jointly achieve required reliability, energy efficiency and delay reduction. The proposed cooperative transmission scheme minimizes the number of intra communications among cooperative nodes.
