This article describes the production of betulin from the bark of the Betula pendula tree growing in the territory of Uzbekistan, the synthesis of various derivatives based on it, and the study of the structure of substances by physical methods. Based on these studies, medicines will be created from local raw materials.

IPolyphinylchloride was modified by polyethylene polyamine, and the ionites were studied in static conditions by the artificial solution of copper (II), nickel (II) and cobalt (II) ions. In static conditions, factors affecting the sorption process, such as time, temperature and concentration dependence were investigated. Linear copolymers of methylacrylate and acrylic acid with different content of monomer units have been synthesized by classical radical copolymerization in dioxane solution and in the block. The composition of copolymers was determined. The relative activities of the monomers calculated by the methods of Fineman - Ross and Kelen -Tudos. It is shown that the activity of acrylic acid can vary depending on the medium in which copolymerization is carried out.

Defining The Antioxsidants Quantity In Certification Of The Chicken Meat, B. N. Sattarova, I. R. Asqarov, Sh. X. Abdulloev

The article presents an analysis of the results obtained by chromatography-mass-spectrometric studies to determine the mass fractions of certain antioxidants in chicken meat, the excessive amount of which seriously threatens human health. The advantages of this method in the certification of meat products are substantiated. It has been established that the content of alpha-tocopherol in chicken meat imported from some foreign countries is several times higher than that produced in local poultry farms.

From the position of the heterophase model of the structure of polymer gels, the kinetics of swelling of the cation exchanger KU-2x4 in HCl solutions of different concentrations was investigated. It is proved that the swelling proceeds according to the kinetic equations of the first-order reaction.

Study Textural, Physico-Chemical And Sorption Characteristics Of Activated Coal Prepared From Walnut, A.N. Mukhamadiyev, Sh.M. Sayitqulov, N.K. Mukhamadiyev

In this paperbased on electron microscopic study of the samples of activated carbon obtained from walnut shells is shown that their structures have a developed porous surface. According to the results of semi-quantitative elemental analysis of the adsorbents investigated by the method of energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDAX), it was found that the adsorbent based on the walnut shells has the highest carbon content (92.3%). The chromatographic retention derivatives of pyrimidinone and isoquinoline was studied under conditions of reversed-phase HPLC variant. The retention factors were determined for different eluent compositions (CH3CN, CH3OH, and H2O). The dependence of retention on the concentration of an organic modifier in the mobile phase was studied. The applicability of known retention models to the studied chromatographic systems has been established.
