The utilization of delivery at health facilities is a major intervention in reducing 16 to 33% of deaths. This study aimed to determine the model of utilization of delivery at health facilities in Indonesia in 2017 and its influential factors. This study used secondary data from the 2017 Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey using a Spatial Durbin Model (SDM) approach. The population was mothers aged 15 – 49 years, spread across 34 provinces of Indonesia, and had 15,321 samples. The 2014 shutdown localization of prostitution in Surabaya City, East Java Province, Indonesia, has given rise to an illegal prostitution industry, resulting in the spread of uncontrolled sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Mapping needs to be done to track the spread of the disease. This study used secondary data on STIs in 2020 from the Surabaya City Health Office. This research conducted a systematic literature review to explore the implementation of digital health in Indonesia, focusing on the digital health policies, usage during the COVID-19 pandemic, benefits, and lessons learned. The study identified 10 relevant journals through database searches and analyzed the trends in publication, productive journals, and top institutions involved in digital health research. The findings revealed an increasing interest in digital health, with a growing number of published articles from 2021 to 2023. Noise pollution can cause annoyance, significantly threatening the population’s health and well-being. This study aimed to find an association between road traffic noise exposure and cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk among residents in Kota Bharu, Malaysia. This descriptive study used a case series approach and surveyed 34 residents in selected residential areas near main roads. An adapted questionnaire was distributed to residents using a purposive sampling method. Questions related to sociodemographic information, self-reporting about CVD, and road traffic noise assessment were asked to investigate the underlying risk factors for CVD. Optimal nutrition supports early life development, including a child's cognitive development. This study aimed to determine the association between the Composite Index of Anthropometric Failure and early childhood cognitive development among children aged 36-59 months in Indonesia. Background: Hypertension is characterized by abnormally high arterial blood pressure and is a public health problem with a high prevalence of 20%–30% worldwide. This research combined multiple logistic regression (MLR) and multilayer feedforward neural networks to construct and validate a model for evaluating the factors linked with hypertension in patients with dyslipidemia.

Methods: A total of 1000 data entries from Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia and advanced computational statistical modeling methodologies were used to evaluate seven traits associated with hypertension. This pilot study aimed to evaluate the effects of extremely hot ambient temperatures on the total number of fatal injuries. Data were collected from a population-based mortality registry of Thanh Hoa, a province in the North Central region of Vietnam. This study qualified the distributed lag non-linear model and calculated the RR and 95% CI adjusted for long-term trend and absolute humidity. Indonesia menghadapi jumlah penduduk lanjut usia (lansia) yang semakin meningkat dan diikuti oleh peningkatan frekuensi penyakit tidak menular kronis atau multimorbiditas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prevalensi dan faktor yang berhubungan komplikasi kronis pada lansia penderita diabetes melitus. Penelitian ini menggunakan data Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) Tahun 2007 dengan desain cross sectional representatif Indonesia dan metode cluster 2 tahap untuk pengambilan sampel. Sampel adalah 1.565 lansia penderita diabetes melitus. Metode analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif dan multivariat. Efisiensi dan efektivitas sistem informasi keluarga berencana (KB)-kesehatan yang telah disosialisasikan sejak tahun 2007 dibandingkan dengan sistem yang lama belum diketahui. Suatu penelitian survei dilakukan di empat provinsi, yaitu DKI Jakarta, Lampung, Kalimatan Tengah, dan Bali. Di tiap provinsi dipilih dua kabupaten/kota dan pada tiap kabupaten/kota dipilih dua puskesmas (kecamatan) yang sudah menerapkan sistem informasi KB-kesehatan tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Juni-September 2008. Cakupan imunisasi terbukti dapat menurunkan secara signifikan kejadian kesakitan dan kematian yang diakibatkan penyakit tersebut, tetapi di Indonesia cakupan tersebut tergolong rendah. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui hubungan karakteristik ibu dengan status imunisasi anak di Indonesia. Disain yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah potong lintang dengan sampel anak yang berumur antara 1-2 tahun yang tinggal di wilayah Indonesia. Sumber data sekunder yang digunakan adalah Riskesdas Depkes tahun 2007/2008. Proporsi anak usia 12-24 bulan yang mendapat imunisasi lengkap adalah 56,2 % (95% CI :55,1-57,3). Analisis multivariat konvensioanal tidak selalu merupakan metode ideal untuk memprediksi efek pajanan pada studi-studi observasional. Ketika distribusi kovariat antara kelompok pajanan berbeda besar, penyesuaan dengan teknik multivariat konvensioanl tidak cukup menyeimbangkan kelompok tersebut. Bias yang tersisa dapat menghambat penarikan kesimpulan yang valid. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membandingkan hasil analisis multivariat konvensional dengan analisis metoda propensity score matching pada studi kasus data sekunder imunisasi bayi ASUH KAP2 2003. Penelitian ini menemukan nilai OR metoda regresi logistik (0,99) berbeda dengan metoda propensity score matching (0,96). Metoda propensity score matching berhasil menjodohkan 574 subjek (68,27%). Jumlah dan proporsi kelompok lanjut usia (lansia) di seluruh dunia, terus meningkat, dan cenderung menjadi masalah kesehatan dan sosial sehingga mendapat perhatian dan dukungan yang serius. Resolusi PBB no 46/ 1991, 16 Desember 1991 menghimbau agar seluruh negara di dunia memberikan hak yang layak kepada kelompok lansia. Di Indonesia, populasi lansia pada tahun 2000 (17,2 juta) meningkat 3 kali lebih besar dari pada tahun 1970 (5,3 juta). Laporan pemerintah tentang pencapaian MDGs di Indonesia sampai tahun 2002 merefleksikan komitmen dalam mensejahterakan rakyat. Kesehatan yang dijabarkan dalam berbagai indikator tujuan 4, 5, dan 6 dilaporkan membaik. Tulisan ini menelaah status pencapaian, mencari penjelasan latar belakang pencapaian, dan menilai prospek pencapaian MDGs utamanya bidang kesehatan. Hasil telaah menunjukkan sebagian besar indikator kesehatan membaik, tetapi lamban. Walau menurun, angka kematian ibu dan anak masih tinggi. Penyakit infeksi dan masalah gizi masih prevalen.
