Penyebab utama kematian bayi sebagian besar dapat dicegah dan terdapat alasan baik dari sisi suplai maupun permintaan layanan kesehatan hal itu dapat terus berlangsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan memastikan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku layanan kesehatan preventif imunisasi bayi di Filipina yang tepat waktu karena tingkat kelengkapan, atau kepatuhan, telah stabil dalam beberapa dekade terakhir. Dukungan suami ibu hamil merupakan salah satu faktor yang berperan penting dalam kunjungan antenatal pada ibu hamil. Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) dan Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) merupakan penyakit berbahaya di dunia yang salah satu metode penularannya adalah melalui hubungan seksual. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kejadian HIV/AIDS pada populasi kunci. Penelitian dilakukan dari bulan Maret sampai September 2016. Penelitian analitik observasional dengan rancangan kasus kontrol pada populasi kunci di Kabupaten Pati. Kasus sebanyak 53 pasien positif HIV/AIDS, sedangkan kontrol sebanyak 53 pasien negative HIV/AIDS.Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling. Kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja masih menjadi masalah kesehatan dunia, dua faktor utama penyebabnya adalah perilaku dan kondisi lingkungan kerja yang tidak aman. Penelitian sebelumnya membuktikan penyebab utamanya adalah faktor perilaku yang tidak aman. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku tidak aman dalam bekerja pada tenaga kerja di PT IAW dan menganalisis faktor yang paling berpengaruh. Kanker serviks menyebabkan 10.3% kematian pada perempuan di Indonesia. Inspeksi visual asam asetat (IVA) telah digunakan untuk program skrining sejak tahun 2014 tetapi hanya 2,45 % perempuan yang melakukan pemeriksaan pada tahun 2015. Di tempat penelitian, cakupan skrining metode IVA kurang dari 1%. Penelitian sebelumnya menyebutkan faktor psikososial sebagai satu faktor penting, tetapi sedikit penelitian yang menganalisis peran dukungan suami dan pengalaman langsung dengan penderita kanker serviks. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 300 remaja, siswa kelas 7 atau setara usia 12-15 tahun di dua kota di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian analitik bertujuan mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan, keterampilan remaja menolak narkoba, dan hubungan keduanya dengan karakteristik remaja. The accreditation of health centers is an endeavor by the Ministry of Health to improve the quality and performance of health centers regulated by Permenkes No. 4/2015. Of the 38 health centers in Brebes, only 10 has been accredited. We wish to discover how prepared are the health centers to be accredited based on the resources available and pre-accreditation survey. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews and documentary research. Results indicated that there was sufficient funds, facilities and equipment for the accreditation. However, the assessment scores for human resources sufficiency and documentary completeness was low.

In managed care, primary healthcarecare facilities acts as the gatekeepers, and its success is judged from the number of visits. In the year 2016, the Healthcare Centers in Tangerang was unable to meet the targets set by BPJS healthcare, ideally the visit rate should reach >150‰ and the referral ratio <10%. However, the visit rate only reachd 41‰ and the referral ratio was 29%. In addition, most healthcare centers the nonspecialised referral ratio was above 5%. The purpose of this research is to analyze the healthcare service system as the gatekeepers in managed care. This research is a descriptive analytical study with a qualitative approach. The data was collected through in-depth interviews, examination of documents and observations. Research conducted at healthcare centers and clinics Pedurenan Pabuaran Tumpeng from May-June 2018. From this research we discovered that the low contact lrate was caused be the low first contact levels, continuity, and comprehensiveness. The registering process was also complicated. We also discovered that the lack of human resources also influences the low contact rate.

Global TB notification rate at 2016 was 77% and 46.5% in Southeast Asia. Indonesia last 5 years still remain at 32-33% where Depok City reached 58%. In Depok City, private sector contributed 18.7% of the notified TB case in 2016 although only 40% of private hospitals were involved. Hepatitis A adalah penyakit hati akibat virus hepatitis A yang dapat menyebabkan kesakitan ringan sampai berat. Di Indonesia Hepatitis A sering muncul dalam Kejadian Luar Biasa (KLB). Tahun 2014 tercatat 3 Provinsi dan 4 Kabupaten terjadi KLB dengan jumlah penderita 282. Penyelidikan epidemiologi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran KLB dan mengidentifikasi faktor risiko KLB Hepatitis A di Kabupaten Tangerang tahun 2016. Tuberkulosis (TB) merupakan penyakit menular yang masih menjadi masalah utama di Indonesia dan dunia. Perubahan pola makan diketahui merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mengendalikan obesitas dan penyakit kronis lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pola konsumsi makanan berisiko dengan obesitas sentral pada wanita usia 25-65 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan data baseline Studi Kohort PTM tahun 2011-2012 di Bogor, dengan desain studicross sectional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 2531 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 54% responden mengalami obesitas sentral dengan rata-rata lingkar perut sebesar 80,9+ 11,6 cm.
