The main focus is to compare the incidence of malpractice in clinical medical and dental practice, emphasizing legal implications, coverage, and internal organizational issues. Introduction. Lung adenocarcinoma is a prevalent form of lung cancer, and mutations in the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) gene are known to play a crucial role in its pathogenesis. This study aimed to develop a machine-learning model to predict EGFR mutations in lung adenocarcinoma patients using clinical and radiological features.
Methods. A case-control study was conducted using a dataset comprising 160 patients with lung adenocarcinoma. Implementing electronic medical records (EMR) in hospitals can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of health services. However, hospitals' readiness to adopt this technology is influenced by various complex factors. This study aims to identify factors that affect hospital readiness in implementing EMR through a systematic literature review (SLR). The SLR process followed the PRISMA method and included a literature search from Scopus, PubMed, and Cochrane databases with keywords related to RME readiness, which yielded 412 articles. A key performance indicator is Length of Stay (LOS), where prolonged LOS can lead to overcrowding, increase the risk of adverse events, and lower patient satisfaction. Sickle cell disease (SCD) is a hemoglobinopathy inherited in an autosomal recessive pattern arising from a mutation causing substitution of valine for glutamic acid in the sixth amino acid of the β-globin chain. The clinical manifestation of SCD varies from acute pain, chronic anemia, to multi-organ infarct and failure. SCD is known to be rare in Indonesia. Background: This study aimed to determine the prevalence and associated factors of dizziness in older community-dwelling adults in India.
Methods: The cross-sectional sample was composed of 21,343 individuals (≥65 years) from the Longitudinal Aging Study in India (LASI) Wave 1 in 2017–2018. Dizziness was assessed by determining if the individuals suffered from “persistent or troublesome dizziness or light headedness” in the past 2 years.

Competency of healthcare provider has significant impact on performance of the hospital. Measuring competency of healthcare provider are essential to improve better quality of service provisioned. The study evaluates competency of healthcare provider at Bhakti Yudha Hospital by using the competency standards established by multiple organizations of Indonesian national healthcare provider association mapped against eight units of health provider. The result stated that competency level of healthcare providers at Bhakti Yudha Hospital have had not met the expectations. It is concluded that working experiences and number of relevant training received has significant impact on competency level of healthcare provider.

The implementation of the National Health Insurance Program (Program JKN) affects the increased number of patients to emergency unit and boarding patients that resulting crowding in the emergency unit. Koja Hospital has implemented bed management in order to reduce the boarding time of emergency unit patients but has not succeeded, so an effort to help reducing the boarding time of emergency unit patients to inpatient in order to continuous improvement was done using the lean thinking principle.
