Background: There is limited research on the interprofessional relationship between occupational therapists and nurses in pediatric outpatient settings, as well as the understanding nurses have of occupational therapy. Interprofessional collaboration is a key component in pediatric client care, regardless of the setting. Hypothermia has been associated with increased morbidity and mortality in adults and increased mortality in children. Unplanned hypothermia increases adverse outcomes in patients, including increased blood loss, increased risk for blood transfusion, decreased oxygenation to major organs, and decreased immune response (Beedle et al., 2017; Brozanski et al., 2020; Erdoğan et al., 2019; Granum et al., 2019). Background: Pediatric psychiatric emergencies have been recognized as a national crisis in the United States (Roman et al., 2018). Emergency department (ED) visits for pediatric behavioral health (BH) conditions rose 31% from April 2020 to October 2020 (Bartek et al., 2021). This increase in ED visits for BH concerns, matched with overwhelmed inpatient psychiatric treatment centers and lacking community support programs, has resulted in an increase in BH ED boarders (Bartek et al., 2021). BACKGROUND: Asthma is the most common pediatric chronic disease in the United States and adolescence represents the highest prevalence among all age groups. Transition planning is recommended for all adolescents, especially those with special health care needs (SHCN). Only 17% of adolescents with SHCN receive adequate transition planning.

Objectives: To determine the cause of stillbirth after application of relevant condition at death (ReCoDe) classification system.
Methods: This was a retrospective cross sectional study of 207 women diagnosed with stillbirth after 24 completed weeks of pregnancy at the Aga Khan University Hospital (AKUH), Karachi between 1st January 2015 and 31st December 2019. The primary objective was to find the cause of stillbirth according to the new classification of relevant condition at death (ReCoDe).
