Early detection is key in decreasing the mortality of lung cancer. A low dose CT (LDCT) is a yearly screening tool developed to detect lung cancer early in high-risk patients yet is much underutilized in primary care. Problem: January and February 2021 data showed a rise in readmissions for the NSTEMI population. This is significant as 2020 had a readmission rate of 5.6% and 7.3% in 2019. This sudden increase in readmissions within the first two months of the year is a cause for concern and immediate action is needed.

This descriptive post-test design study was conducted to assess knowledge level of undergraduate nursing students regarding risk factors, clinical manifestations, age of diagnosis, common psychiatric co-morbidities, treatment methods, and pathophysiology of endometriosis. An author-created 8 question multichoice and select all that apply questionnaire was used to collect the data. Twenty-eight students responded to the questionnaire. The results were divided to compare knowledge differences between second-semester and fifth-semester students.

In a recent study among HT survivors, 88% attested to receiving medical care while in captivity, with 63% treated in the emergency care setting.
