การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความผาสุก และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการมีอิสระแห่งตน ภาวะผู้นำที่เอาใจใส่ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน และบรรยากาศความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงาน กับความผาสุกของพยาบาลวิชาชีพแผนกอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉินในโรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิ กรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานแผนกอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน 1 ปีขึ้นไป 3 โรงพยาบาล โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน จำนวน 163 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามความผาสุกของพยาบาล แบบสอบถามการมีอิสระแห่งตน แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำที่เอาใจใส่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานของหัวหน้างาน และแบบสอบถามบรรยากาศความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงาน ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คน ได้ค่า CVI เท่ากับ .97, .88, .96 และ .99 ตามลำดับ และทดสอบค่าความเที่ยง โดยคำนวณหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่า ได้ค่าความเที่ยง เท่ากับ .93, .80, .97 และ .93 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พยาบาลวิชาชีพแผนกอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉินในโรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิ กรุงเทพมหานคร มีความผาสุกโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 3.79, S.D. = .41) โดยบรรยากาศความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงาน การมีอิสระแห่งตน และภาวะผู้นำที่เอาใจใส่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานของหัวหน้างาน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับปานกลางกับความผาสุกของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .504, .493 และ .426 ตามลำดับ) ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ แสดงให้เห็นถึงปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับความผาสุกของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ดังนั้นผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาลควรส่งเสริมความผาสุกกับพยาบาลวิชาชีพให้สอดคล้องกับปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์ เพื่อส่งเสริมและธำรงรักษาให้พยาบาลวิชาชีพมีความผาสุกที่ดี อันจะส่งผลถึงคุณภาพการบริการพยาบาลที่ดี

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทพยาบาลบริหารทรัพยากรสุขภาพในหน่วยงานสังกัดสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิจัยแบบเดลฟาย กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 20 คน แบ่งเป็น 5 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มผู้กำหนดนโยบายจากกระทรวงสาธารณสุข/กองการพยาบาล จำนวน 3 คน กลุ่มผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลรัฐ/ผู้บริหารการเงินการคลังของโรงพยาบาลรัฐ จำนวน 4 คน กลุ่มหัวหน้ากลุ่มงานประกันสุขภาพโรงพยาบาลรัฐ จำนวน 5 คน กลุ่มอาจารย์พยาบาลที่มีประสบการณ์การสอนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารทรัพยากรสุขภาพ จำนวน 3 คน และ กลุ่มผู้ปฏิบัติการพยาบาลบริหารทรัพยากรสุขภาพภาครัฐ จำนวน 5 คน ดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) สัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับบทบาทพยาบาลบริหารทรัพยากรสุขภาพในหน่วยงานสังกัดสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ซึ่งประกอบด้วย กลุ่มพยาบาลที่ปฏิบัติงานในสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดกลุ่มพยาบาลที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลศูนย์/โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป และกลุ่มพยาบาลที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน 2) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และสร้างแบบสอบถามเพื่อให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญประเมินระดับความสำคัญ และ 3) คำนวณค่ามัธยฐานและค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์เพื่อสรุปผล ผลการศึกษาพบว่า บทบาทพยาบาลบริหารทรัพยากรสุขภาพในหน่วยงานสังกัดสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ประกอบด้วยบทบาท 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ผู้พิทักษ์สิทธิประโยชน์ของผู้ป่วย 2) ผู้บริหารจัดการข้อมูลประกันสุขภาพ 3) ผู้ประสานงาน 4) ผู้ทวนสอบการใช้ทรัพยากรสุขภาพ 5) ผู้วิเคราะห์ทรัพยากรสุขภาพ และ 6) ผู้จัดการรายกรณี พยาบาลบริหารทรัพยากรสุขภาพในหน่วยงานสังกัดสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุขทุกระดับ มีบทบาททั้ง 6 ด้านเหมือนกัน แต่แตกต่างกันในบทบาทย่อย ดังนี้ 1) พยาบาลที่ปฏิบัติงานในสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดเน้นบทบาทเชิงนโยบาย กำหนดทิศทาง วางแผน กำกับ ติดตาม และประเมินผลการบริหารทรัพยากรสุขภาพในระดับจังหวัด โดยเน้นการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงระบบและการประสานงานระหว่างเครือข่ายบริการ 2) พยาบาลที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลศูนย์/โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป บริหารจัดการระบบบริการในภาพกว้าง จัดการกรณีซับซ้อน เป็นศูนย์ข้อมูลด้านประกันสุขภาพ และเชื่อมโยงการดูแลผู้ป่วยระหว่างระดับบริการ และ 3) พยาบาลที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน มีบทบาทตรงในพื้นที่ ดูแลผู้ป่วยรายกรณี ใช้และควบคุมทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่า ประสานกับชุมชน และ ปกป้องสิทธิประโยชน์ของประชาชนในระดับปฐมภูมิ ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรหรือสมรรถนะพยาบาลบริหารทรัพยากรสุขภาพในหน่วยงานสังกัดสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุขในการปฏิบัติงานต่อไป และผู้บริหารสามารถนำไปใช้ในการส่งเสริมให้พยาบาลบริหารทรัพยากรสุขภาพปฏิบัติงานตามบทบาท และ …

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง ใช้รูปแบบการศึกษาสองกลุ่ม วัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบ 1) ภาระการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ที่เป็นโรคจิตเภทในชุมชน ก่อนและหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการสร้างพลังสำหรับผู้ดูแล และ2) ภาระการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ที่เป็นโรคจิตเภทในชุมชน ระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการสร้างพลังสำหรับผู้ดูแล กับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ดูแลหลักในครอบครัวที่ให้การดูแลผู้ที่เป็นโรคจิตเภทที่อาศัยอยู่ในชุมชน ซึ่งมีคุณสมบัติครบตามเกณฑ์ จำนวน 50 คน จากนั้นได้รับการจับคู่ด้วยระยะเวลาในการดูแล แล้วสุ่มเข้ากลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 25 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย โปรแกรมการสร้างพลังสำหรับผู้ดูแล แบบวัดภาระในการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท เครื่องมือทุกชุดผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 ท่าน มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟ่าของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .88 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบที ผลการวิจัยสามารถสรุปได้ ดังนี้ 1. ภาระการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ที่เป็นโรคจิตเภทในชุมชน หลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการสร้างพลังสำหรับผู้ดูแล น้อยกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการสร้างพลังสำหรับผู้ดูแล อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. ภาระการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ที่เป็นโรคจิตเภทในชุมชน ที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการสร้างพลังสำหรับผู้ดูแล น้อยกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

California schools currently only screen for vision and hearing, leaving many other health concerns unaddressed. Among these, gastrointestinal (GI) health is particularly significant, as digestive disorders can lead to severe consequences, like malnutrition and stunted growth. By incorporating routine GI screenings, school nurses can promote the early detection of disease, allowing for timely intervention and improved health outcomes in children.
