Up to 30% of individuals who suffer an osteoporotic hip fracture will not survive 12 months post-fracture, and 71% of all osteoporotic fractures occur in women (USPSTF, 2018). วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะแขนบวมในผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดมะเร็งเต้านมชนิดที่มีการตัดต่อมน้ำเหลือง

รูปแบบการวิจัย: การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาหาความสัมพันธ์

วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเต้านมภายหลังได้รับการผ่าตัดมะเร็งเต้านมชนิดที่มีการตัดต่อมน้ำเหลืองมาเป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 148 ราย ที่เข้ารับการตรวจรักษา ณ โรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิในเขตบริการสุขภาพที่ 4 จำนวน 3 โรงพยาบาล คัดเลือกด้วยวิธีสุ่มแบบเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์คัดเข้า รวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม 4 ส่วน ประกอบด้วย 1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) อาการที่สัมพันธ์กับภาวะแขนบวม 3) การได้รับข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับภาวะแขนบวม และ 4) พฤติกรรมการลดความเสี่ยงในการเกิดภาวะแขนบวม ซึ่งมีความตรงตามเนื้อหา และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาคของแบบสอบถามที่ 2, 3, และ 4 เท่ากับ .88, .82, .88 ตามลำดับ ประเมินภาวะแขนบวมจากการวัดเส้น  รอบวงแขนทั้ง 2 ข้าง จำนวน 6 ตำแหน่ง หากมีความแตกต่างของเส้นรอบวงแขนที่ตำแหน่งใดตำแหน่งหนึ่ง > 2 เซนติเมตร ให้ถือว่ามีภาวะแขนบวม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติพรรณนา สถิติสหสัมพันธ์พอยท์ไบซีเรียล การทดสอบไคสแควร์ และฟิชเชอร์เอกซ์แซคท์

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสนอบทบาทของพยาบาลในการส่งเสริมโภชนาการและพฤติกรรมการรับประทานอาหารสำหรับเด็กวัยก่อนเรียน ภาวะโภชนาการในเด็กสามารถเป็นตัวชี้วัดถึงภาวะสุขภาพในภาพรวมและเป็นพื้นฐานที่สำคัญต่อการเจริญเติบโตด้านร่างกายและสติปัญญาของเด็ก หากเด็กไม่ได้รับการดูแลที่เหมาะสม และมีพฤติกรรมการรับประทานอาหารที่ไม่ดี ย่อมส่งผลต่อสุขภาพของเด็กได้ทั้งในปัจจุบันและอนาคตเมื่อเด็กโตขึ้น พยาบาลเด็กจึงมีบทบาทสำคัญในการให้คำแนะนำกับผู้ปกครอง รวมทั้งเป็นสื่อกลางในการให้ความรู้กับครูและพี่เลี้ยงเด็กในโรงเรียนหรือสถานรับเลี้ยงเด็กในการส่งเสริมโภชนาการและพฤติกรรมการรับประทานอาหารของเด็กให้เหมาะสม ซึ่งพยาบาลเด็กต้องมีความเข้าใจเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับพัฒนาการของเด็กวัยก่อนเรียนที่สอดคล้องกับการรับประทานอาหารของเด็ก ความต้องการสารอาหารของเด็ก ตลอดจนวิธีการดูแลจัดเตรียมอาหาร การส่งเสริมเด็กให้มีพฤติกรรมการรับประทานอาหารที่ดี และการจัดบรรยากาศที่น่ารื่นรมย์ในการรับประทานอาหาร ซึ่งเป็นการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการรับประทานอาหารที่เหมาะสมสำหรับเด็กวัยก่อนเรียน เพื่อให้เด็กวัยก่อนเรียนได้รับการดูแลที่เหมาะสม และมีสุขภาวะที่ดีต่อไป

วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวของเด็กออทิสติกวัยเรียนอาการรุนแรงก่อนและหลังได้รับการใช้สิ่งแวดล้อมบำบัด และเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวของเด็กออทิสติกวัยเรียนอาการรุนแรงระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับการใช้สิ่งแวดล้อมบำบัดกับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ

รูปแบบการวิจัย: การวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง

วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ เด็กออทิสติกที่อาการรุนแรง อายุ 6-12 ปี และผู้ดูแลหลักที่มารับบริการแผนกผู้ป่วยใน สถาบันราชานุกูล ซึ่งมีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์ โดยได้รับการจับคู่ (Matched pair) และการสุ่มเข้ากลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม จำนวนกลุ่มละ 18 คู่ กลุ่มทดลองเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการใช้สิ่งแวดล้อมบำบัดระยะเวลา 4 สัปดาห์ ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลอง คือ 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของเด็กออทิสติกและผู้ดูแลหลัก 2) แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวเด็กออทิสติก 3) แนวทางปฏิบัติการพยาบาลโดยใช้สิ่งแวดล้อมบำบัดสำหรับเด็กออทิสติกวัยเรียนอาการรุนแรง 4) คู่มือการใช้สิ่งแวดล้อมบำบัดสำหรับเด็กออทิสติกวัยเรียนอาการรุนแรงสำหรับผู้ดูแล และ 5) แบบประเมินความสามารถการจัดการพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวเด็กออทิสติกวัยเรียนอาการรุนแรงที่บ้านสำหรับผู้ดูแลหลัก เครื่องมือทุกฉบับได้รับการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 ท่าน และได้ค่าความเที่ยงแบบประเมินพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวเท่ากับ .87 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติทดสอบที (t-test)

Limited literature exists regarding how individuals with this degree can become part of an athletic training faculty. To identify department chairs' perceptions of the DAT degree and determine whether they viewed the degree as viable when hiring new faculty within a postbaccalaureate professional athletic training program. Aim: To establish consensus regarding care of women with a breech presenting fetus through the exploration of participants’ knowledge, experiences and opinions regarding breech presentation and care.

Design: Three round Delphi e-survey

Participants: A panel of fifteen midwives, four obstetricians and one academic with an interest in breech care and birth.

This pragmatic study consisted of a clinical guideline review, semi-structured interviews with women who had experienced a breech birth in WA and a multi-national e-Delphi study involving professionals with knowledge and/or experience of caring for women with a breech presenting fetus. These methods were deemed the optimal way of incorporating current clinical practice guidelines, with multi-disciplinary recommendations and consumer feedback.

Background: Large-bodied people make up the majority of the American population, but healthcare providers are rarely taught specific techniques and strategies for management of their care and medical spaces are designed with furniture and equipment that does not accommodate large bodies.
