In speaking to those assembled for Legislative Day, Tim Oksman, lobbyist for HB1024 stated that the bill's passage against all odds was a tribute to the respect that the legislators have for the Nursing Profession. For persons interested in the political process surrounding HB1024 this chronology is written. If at times it seems repetitive, it's because the process was.
