This paper explores the factors that contribute to no-show rates in the primary care setting and effective interventions to improve no-show rates. The average no-show rate in the primary care setting is 23%, (Dantas, Fleck, Olivaria, & Humacher 2018). In 2018, the no-show rate at the WeCare Clinic was 50-60%. A literature review was conducted to gather information regarding why patients choose to no-show their appointments, the common causes of high no-show rates, and effective interventions found to decrease no-show rates. In this paper, we evaluated inpatient discharge satisfaction based on nurses’ perceptions. An anonymous survey was used to evaluate how satisfied the patients were when being discharged from the acute care hospital with survey questions answered by nurses who work on medical-surgical floors. Mental disorders are predicted to increase every year. Patients with severe mental disorders, such as schizophrenia, often engage in violent behavior. The treatment of such patients can use general nursing treatments (anger management with physical therapy, taking medicines regularly, and verbal and spiritual methods) and specialist nursing interventions (assertive training and family psychoeducation). This case report involved 11 patients, with the majority aged between 26 and 60 years, unemployed, high school graduates, unmarried, and with previous inpatient history. The incidence of infections in preterm infants is still quite high. In this study, oral care with human breast milk was implemented in risk preterm infants as a precaution. The study was conducted using a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group and posttest only design in 40 risk preterm infants. The participants were divided into two groups of 20. The data were analyzed using independent t-test and a Wilcoxon test. The results show that this intervention has an effect on the incidence of late-onset sepsis in preterm infants. The unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) was used to predict intentions to use teledentistry among 4th-year U.S. dental students. This study assessed the relationship between intensity of fitness tracker usage and motivation among health professions students at a large, public Midwestern university. This non-experimental, correlational study used convenience sampling and a theoretical framework based on Bandura’s Social Cognitive Theory. A vegetarian diet is believed to prevent hypertension. This study aims to identify the impact of vegetarian diets, including fat, salt, potassium, and body mass index (BMI), on hypertension. Data was taken by systematic random sampling method from 173 vegetarians and analyzed using chi-square. The result showed that there is no significant association between the intake of fat, sodium, and potassium with hypertension in vegetarians (p> 0.05). However, there is a significant relationship between BMI with the incidence of hypertension (p= 0.025), where overweight res-pondents are 3.837 more likely to have hypertension (OR 3.837; 95% CI= 1,256–11,721). Penelitian ini berupa studi literatur tahun 2007- 2017, serta pengalaman penulis dalam aplikasi pemberian posisi dan nest di dua rumah sakit rujukan nasional dalam lima tahun terakhir.
