Although medical intervention is crucial, Islamic spiritual therapy using murottal has a significant impact on patient satisfaction. This study explored the sociodemographic and psychological factors influencing the quality of life among infertile couples undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment in Malaysia, using a cross-sectional design. A total of 126 infertile couples were purposively sampled from three public hospitals offering IVF treatment. This study aimed to identify the significant predictors of nurse retention in selected private hospitals in Malaysia. A quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional design was employed. A pre-validated, self-administered questionnaire, distributed via Google Forms, was used for data collection.
