This literature review examines hoarding disorder with a close lens. This is a diagnosis that is new to licensed professionals across the helping professions. This training will allow participants to better understand what it means to be diagnosed with hoarding disorder, assessments that aid in detecting severity, best practices that are continually emerging, and the impact it can have on clients, their loved ones, and the community. This training takes a collaborative approach as an integrated way of treatment for all individuals involved in the process.

Being prepared for the intensity and complexities that educators face in their work means building strategies for managing well-being. This qualitative study explored educators’ conceptualizations about their well-being using an arts-based, community-based participatory research (AB-CBPR) methodology. After a brief mindfulness meditation and contemplation of prompting questions, educators were invited to participate in drawing and writing reflections. The artifacts were coded to determine themes. Themes suggested the importance of human connectedness and interconnection, self care and nurturance, the healing qualities of the natural word, and the recognition that institutions need to provide space and resources to support educator well-being. This research aimed to find the relationship between thinking styles (rational or experiential) and interpersonal conflict resolution (ICR) in young adults. A sample of 99 females and 103 males, age range 18 to 40 years, was selected via convenient and snow-ball sampling. Thinking styles were assessed using Rational-Experiential Inventory-40, and ICR was measured using Conflict Resolution Questionnaire. Regression analysis was used to predict ICR based on thinking style covariates and several relevant demographic covariates, including gender and family birth order. Lipomas, the most common type of benign tumours, are generally developed from adipose tissue and present an incidence of 2.1 per 1000 inhabitants. In addition to lipomas, at least three other maladies of the adipose tissue lead patients to consult a doctor, especially for aesthetic purposes: multiple familial lipomatosis, diffuse congenital lipomatosis, and adiposa doloris. Waroeng Hijau is a women's empowerment program to address social issues in the Pademangan Sub-district, North Jakarta. This study uses a persuasive case approach (Siggelkow, 2007) to see the institutional structure or business model of social entrepreneurship that supports women's empowerment. Background: Low-resource rural communities face significant challenges regarding availability and adequacy of evidence-based services.

Purposes: With respect to accessing evidence-based services for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), this brief report summarizes needs of rural citizens in the South-Central Appalachian region, an area notable for persistent health disparities.

Methods: A mixed-methods approach was used to collect quantitative and qualitative data during focus groups with 33 service providers and 15 caregivers of children with ASD in rural southwest Virginia.

นิสิตแพทย์เป็นกลุ่มประชากรที่เป็นกำลังขับเคลื่อนกระบวนการสาธารสุขไทยในอนาคต ทัศนคติต่อการรับบริการทางสุขภาพจิต เป็นรากฐานสำคัญต่อสุขภาวะที่ดีของนิสิตแพทย์ที่ต้องเผชิญกับความกดดันจากการเรียนการทำงาน ดังนั้น วัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัย เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติต่อการรับบริการทางสุขภาพจิต เพื่อเปรียบเทียบทัศนคติต่อการรับบริการทางสุขภาพจิต เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับทัศนคติต่อการรับบริการทางสุขภาพจิต และเพื่อสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ทัศนคติต่อการรับบริการทางสุขภาพจิตของนิสิตคณะแพทยศาสตร์ การวิจัยนี้ เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนา เก็บข้อมูลกับ กลุ่มตัวอย่างนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 1 ถึง 6 ที่มีสภาพนิสิตในหลักสูตรแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต คณะแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาฯ จำนวน 362 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบ Likert scale 5 ระดับ ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการเลือกเข้ารับบริการทางสุขภาพจิต แบบสอบถามวัดแรงจูงใจในการเรียนแพทย์ แบบวัดกลวิธีการเผชิญความเครียดเชิงรุก แบบประเมินทัศนคติต่อการรับบริการทางสุขภาพจิต สถิติที่ใข้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test การวิเคราะห์การแปรปรวน ค่าสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ทัศนคติต่อการรับบริการทางสุขภาพจิตมีค่าเฉลี่ยระหว่าง 1.55 – 2.78 ทัศนคติต่อการรับบริการทางสุขภาพจิตมีความแตกต่างในตัวแปร เพศ ชั้นปี ความเพียงพอของรายได้ บุคคลในครอบครัวเป็นผู้ป่วยจิตเวช บุคคลที่รู้จักเป็นผู้ป่วยจิตเวช การออกกำลังกาย เวลาพักผ่อนโดยเฉลี่ยต่อวัน และการมีโรคประจำตัวและ แหล่งให้บริการทางสุขภาพจิต ทัศนคติต่อการรับบริการทางสุขภาพจิตมีความสัมพันธ์กับ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล แรงจูงใจในการเรียนแพทย์ กลวิธีในการเผชิญความเครียดเชิงรุก พฤติกรรมการเลือกเข้ารับบริการทางสุขภาพจิต และสมมการการถอดถอย ได้แก่ การเปิดรับทางจิตใจ = 1.15 + 0.313กลวิธีการเผชิญความเครียดเชิงรุก - 0.26เพศ - 0.322บุคคลในครอบครัวเป็นผู้ป่วยจิตเวช + 0.187 การเตรียมความพร้อม - 0.240เกรดเฉลี่ย - 0.214พฤติกรรมการเลือกเข้ารับบริการทางสุขภาพจิต - 0.110ความมั่นคง

วิธีการศึกษา : การศึกษานี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนา ณ ช่วงเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง โดยดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งเป็นนักเทคนิคการแพทย์ที่ทำงานในจังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 195 ราย โดยผู้เข้าร่วมการศึกษาตอบแบบสอบถามทั้งหมดด้วยตนเอง ได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและลักษณะการทำงาน 2) แบบสอบถามด้านการปฏิบัติงานที่มีผลต่อความเครียดในงานของนักเทคนิคการแพทย์ จากแบบสอบถาม Occupational stress indicator ของคูเปอร์และคณะ 3) แบบสอบถามภาวะหมดไฟ (Burn out) Thai version of Maslach ทำการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยระหว่างภาวะหมดไฟและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยใช้สถิติทดสอบไคสแควร์ และอาศัยการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยโลจิสติกเพื่อระบุปัจจัยทำนายของภาวะหมดไฟในการทำงานของนักเทคนิคการแพทย์ ในจังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติไว้ที่น้อยกว่า 0.05 ผลการศึกษา : จากนักเทคนิคการแพทย์ในจังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร 195 คน พบผู้ที่มีภาวะหมดไฟ 41 คน (ร้อยละ 21) เมื่อนำไปหาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับภาวะหมดไฟในการทำงานพบปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องคือรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนผู้ที่มีรายได้มากมีโอกาสในการเกิดภาวะหมดไฟน้อยกว่าผู้ที่มีรายได้น้อย ตำแหน่งทางราชการที่มีความมั่นคงของสวัสดิการมีโอกาสในการเกิดภาวะหมดไฟน้อยกว่า และจำนวนชั่วโมงในการปฏิบัติงานนอกเวลาราชการที่มากมีโอกาสในการเกิดภาวะหมดไฟในการทำงานมากกว่า อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) ปัจจัยในการทำงานที่มีผลต่อความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านภาระงานมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับภาวะหมดไฟในการทำงาน แม้ว่ามีปัจจัยด้านภาระงานที่ดีแต่ก็มีโอกาสในการเกิดภาวะหมดไฟในการทำงานได้สูง ด้านสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคลและการบริหารงานในหน่วยงานมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบกับภาวะหมดไฟในการทำงาน มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) สรุปผลการศึกษา : นักเทคนิคการแพทย์ในจังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร มีภาวะหมดไฟในการทำงานร้อยละ 21 ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลสำคัญที่เกี่ยวข้องคือรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน ตำแหน่งทางราชการ และจำนวนชั่วโมงในการปฏิบัติงานนอกเวลาราชการ และปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงานที่สำคัญที่เกี่ยวข้องคือด้านภาระงาน ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล และด้านการบริหารงานในหน่วยงาน

วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสุขภาพจิต ทักษะทางสังคม และปัจจัยอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องของพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบิน บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) วิธีการศึกษา การศึกษานี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนา ณ ช่วงเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง โดยดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งเป็นพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบินบริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) จำนวน 408 ราย ใช้วิธีการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบตามเกณฑ์หรือแบบเจาะจง โดยผู้เข้าร่วมการศึกษาตอบแบบสอบถามทั้งหมดด้วยตนเอง ได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและข้อมูลด้านการทำงาน 2) แบบสอบสุขภาพทั่วไป 3) แบบสอบถามทักษะทางสังคม 4) แบบสอบถามความสุขในการทำงาน 5) แบบประเมินการสนับสนุนทางสังคม และ 6) แบบสอบถามเหตุการณ์ความเครียดใน 1 ปีที่ผ่านมา ทำการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยระหว่างสุขภาพจิตและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยใช้สถิติทดสอบไคสแควร์ และอาศัยการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยโลจิสติกเพื่อระบุปัจจัยทำนายสุขภาพจิตปกติของพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบิน โดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติไว้ที่น้อยกว่า 0.05 ผลการศึกษา พนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบินส่วนใหญ่ (ร้อยละ 76.2) มีสุขภาพจิตปกติ โดยมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยของสุขภาพจิตเท่ากับ 2.52±3.43 พนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบินส่วนใหญ่ (ร้อยละ 46.8) มีทักษะทางสังคมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางถึงสูง โดยมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยของทักษะทางสังคมเท่ากับ 78.84±27.64 ปัจจัยที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับสุขภาพจิตปกติ ได้แก่ อายุที่น้อยกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 40 ปี ทักษะทางสังคมระดับต่ำมากถึงต่ำ ความสุขในการทำงานระดับปานกลางถึงสูง การสนับสนุนทางสังคมด้านทรัพยากรหรือวัตถุสูง และเหตุการณ์ความเครียดใน 1 ปีที่ผ่านมาในระดับต่ำ (p<0.05) ปัจจัยทำนายสุขภาพจิตปกติของพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบิน ได้แก่ อายุที่น้อยกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 40 ปี และการสนับสนุนทางสังคมด้านทรัพยากรหรือวัตถุสูง (p<0.05) สรุปผลการศึกษา พนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบินบริษัทการบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ส่วนใหญ่ มีสุขภาพจิตปกติและมีทักษะทางสังคมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางถึงสูง อายุที่น้อยกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 40 ปี และการสนับสนุนทางสังคมด้านทรัพยากรหรือวัตถุสูงเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสุขภาพจิตปกติชองพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบิน

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา ณ ช่วงเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสุขในการทำงานและสุขภาวะทางจิตของบุคลากรผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยสารเสพติด รวมถึงปัจจัยที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับความสุขในการทำงานของบุคลากรผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยสารเสพติด กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นบุคลากรผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยสารเสพติด ที่ทำงานในสถาบันบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติดแห่งชาติบรมราชชนนี จำนวน 230 คน โดยส่งแบบสอบถามให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 230 ฉบับ และได้รับแบบสอบถามที่มีความสมบูรณ์คืนเป็นจำนวน 193 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 83.91 เก็บข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนกรกฎาคม - กันยายน พ.ศ. 2563 ด้วยวิธีเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มประชากรตัวอย่างที่ตรงตามเกณฑ์การคัดเข้าทั้งหมด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามความสุขใจในการทำงาน และแบบประเมินสุขภาวะทางจิต วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน จากนั้นหาความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้สถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ Chi-square, Logistic Regression และใช้ Pearson's Correlation Coefficient ในการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างค่าระดับความสุขในการทำงาน กับระดับสุขภาวะทางจิต ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีระดับความสุขในการทำงานอยู่ในระดับสูงร้อยละ55.8 ระดับปานกลางร้อยละ42.7 ระดับต่ำร้อยละ1.0 ระดับสูงมากร้อยละ 0.5 ค่าเฉลี่ยระดับความสุขในการทำงานเท่ากับ 3.55 คะแนน ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.45 และพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีระดับสุขภาวะทางจิตอยู่ในระดับสูงร้อยละ52.3 ระดับปานกลางร้อยละ28.5 ระดับต่ำร้อยละ19.2 ค่าเฉลี่ยระดับสุขภาวะทางจิตเท่ากับ 73.31 คะแนน ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 14.23 ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับความสุขในการทำงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ(p < 0.05) ได้แก่ ความเพียงพอของรายได้ อายุงานที่น้อยกว่า 15 ปี ประเภทผู้ป่วยสารเสพติดที่มักจะบำบัดรักษา/ติดต่อด้วย อันได้แก่ การไม่ได้ดูแลผู้ป่วยที่ติดสารเสพติดประเภท ฝิ่น มอร์ฟีน เฮโรอีน,กัญชา และ ใบกระท่อมเป็นหลัก รวมถึงระดับสุขภาวะทางจิตที่สูง ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้สามารถใช้เป็นข้อมูลสำหรับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในการให้คำแนะนำ การจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมความสุขในการทำงานของบุคลากรผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยสารเสพติด หรือหาแนวทางในการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนความสุขของบุคลากรผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยสารเสพติดอย่างเหมาะสมต่อไป

Children with cancer frequently suffer from depression, anxiety, feelings of hopelessness, and psychological stresses related to knowledge of potential risks, associated treatments, and the illness itself. These psychological problems can cause many additional physiological problems for these already chronically ill patients and may be detrimental to their overall health.
