This meta-analysis was designed to evaluate the effectiveness of video based interventions (VBIs) for the treatment of adults in mental health settings. VBIs comprise four different ways of using video in mental health therapy, including video modeling, video exposure, video feedback, and videos used for psychoeducation. การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาภาคตัดขวางเพื่อศึกษาภาวะวิตกกังวลและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาวะวิตกกังวลของนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเห็นที่ศึกษาอยู่โรงเรียนการศึกษาคนตาบอดในประเทศไทย จำนวน 77 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างถูกสุ่มมาด้วยวิธีการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน ระยะเวลาการศึกษา ตั้งแต่ เดือนธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2561 - มกราคม พ.ศ. 2562 โดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลพื้นฐานทั่วไป และแบบประเมินภาวะวิตกกังวลสำหรับเด็ก ฉบับอักษรเบรลล์ (The State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for children) และสัมภาษณ์นักเรียนบางคนเพิ่มเติม ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นเพศหญิง (ร้อยละ 55.80) พิการทางการเห็นตั้งแต่กำเนิด (ร้อยละ 70.10) ไม่มีโรคประจำตัว (ร้อยละ 88.30) ไม่มีสมาชิกในครอบครัวที่มีความพิการ (ร้อยละ 89.60) ศึกษาอยู่ในระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา (ร้อยละ 67.50) พักอาศัยอยู่ที่โรงเรียนเป็นประจำ (ร้อยละ 85.70) และครึ่งหนึ่งมีสถานภาพของบิดา-มารดาแยกกันอยู่ (ร้อยละ 50.65) พบความชุกของภาวะวิตกกังวล ประเภท State และประเภท Trait ในนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเห็น ร้อยละ 33.80 และ ร้อยละ 45.50 ตามลำดับ ซึ่งปัจจัยที่พบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะวิตกกังวล ประเภท State ได้แก่ การเรียน เพื่อน ค่าใช้จ่าย สิ่งแวดล้อม และความเครียด ส่วนปัจจัยที่พบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะวิตกกังวลประเภท Trait ได้แก่ เพศ การเรียน ครอบครัว ความเครียด วิตกกังวล และหงุดหงิดง่ายกว่าเดิม สรุป พบความชุกของภาวะวิตกกังวลในนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเห็นได้สูง และสัมพันธ์กับความวิตกกังวลต่อการเรียน เพื่อน ค่าใช้จ่าย ครอบครัว และสิ่งแวดล้อม ดังนั้น จึงควรตระหนักและสนับสนุนให้มีการประเมิน และดูแลทางจิตสังคมอย่างเหมาะสม เพื่อให้นักเรียน บุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเห็นได้มีสุขภาพจิตที่ดี

Background: The world population is aging and the number of older adults with bipolar disorder is increasing. Digital technologies are viewed as a framework to improve care of older adults with bipolar disorder. This analysis quantifies Internet use by older adults with bipolar disorder as part of a larger survey project about information seeking.

Methods: A paper-based survey about information seeking by patients with bipolar disorder was developed and translated into 12 languages. The survey was anonymous and completed between March 2014 and January 2016 by 1222 patients in 17 countries. All patients were diagnosed by a psychiatrist. …

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสุขและกลวิธีในการเผชิญปัญหา และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องของความสุขและกลวิธีในการเผชิญปัญหา ในบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน คณะแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ บุคลากรสายสนับสนุนคณะแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย จำนวน 256 คน วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multiple-stage sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับลักษณะงาน แบบสอบถามความสุขในการทำงาน และแบบสอบถามรูปแบบในการเผชิญปัญหา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) สถิติที่ใช้ คือ จำนวน ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ไค-สแควร์ Fisher’s exact test สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของสเปียร์แมน และสถิติถดถอยโลจิสติค ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความสุขในการทำงานในโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูงมาก ร้อยละ 48.0 คะแนนความสุขรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลางถึงสูงมาก ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและด้านการปฏิบัติงานได้แก่อายุ และประสบการณ์การทำงาน พบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความสุขในการทำงานโดยรวม (P < 0.01) และ(P < 0.05) บุคลากรมีความเห็นว่าด้านลักษณะงานมีส่วนสำคัญอย่างมากต่อความสุขในการทำงาน และอยู่ในระดับสูง เรียงลำดับคือความหลากหลายของงาน ความมีเอกลักษณ์ของงาน ผลสะท้อนกลับจากงาน ความสำคัญของงานและความมีอิสระในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความสุขในการทำงานโดยรวม (P < 0.01) บุคลากรส่วนใหญ่ใช้กลวิธีในการเผชิญปัญหาในรูปแบบมุ่งจัดการกับปัญหาและรูปแบบการแสวงหาการสนับสนุนทางสังคม ซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความสุขในการทำงานโดยรวม (P < 0.05) และปัจจัยทำนายความสุขในการทำงานโดยรวมคืออายุที่เพิ่มขึ้น (OR = 1.048, 95% CI = 1.01-1.09, P < 0.05) ความมีอิสระในการปฏิบัติงานสูง (OR = 2.315, 95% CI = 1.16-4.63, P < 0.05) และผลสะท้อนกลับจากงานสูง (OR = 3.91, 95% CI = 1.80-8.52, P < 0.01)

Two risk factors for SISAS, marital status and burdensomeness, may be of particular relevance to poststroke patients. However, little research has been conducted on counselors' perceptions of their preparedness to use self-disclosure. This exploratory multiple-case study used attachment theory as a framework to explore the perceptions of novice licensed professional counselors' preparedness to use self-disclosure. The 12 participants who participated in face-to-face interviews practiced as licensed professional counselors in Delaware, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania. Background: The possibility of using biological measures to predict the trajectory of symptoms among adolescent psychiatric inpatients has important implications. This study aimed to examine emotion regulation ability (measured via self-report) and a hypothesized proxy in resting-state functional connectivity [RSFC] between the amygdala and frontal brain regions as baseline predictors of internalizing symptom recovery during inpatient care.

Methods: 196 adolescents (61% female; Mage = 15.20; SD = 1.48) completed the Achenbach Brief Problem Monitor (BPM) each week during their inpatient care. RSFC (n = 45) and self-report data of emotion regulation (n = 196) were collected at baseline.

Background: With the publication of DSM 5 alternative model for personality disorders it is critical to assess the components of the model against evidence-based models such as the five factor model and the DSM-IV-TR categorical model. This study explored the relative clinical utility of these models in screening for borderline personality disorder (BPD).

Methods: Receiver operator characteristics and diagnostic efficiency statistics were calculated for three personality measures to ascertain the relative diagnostic efficiency of each measure. Research has consistently linked residual trauma-related shame among child sexual abuse (CSA) survivors to sexual revictimization, health risk behaviors, and poorer response to mental health treatment. However, questions remain regarding the imprint of childhood maltreatment on trauma-related shame including which CSA characteristics or types of childhood maltreatment contribute to residual shame in adulthood.
