Psychosocial support from family is important in outpatient treatment programs for individuals with depressive disorder. The purpose of this phenomenological study was to explore the lived experiences and perceptions of parents of patients with depressive disorder regarding intensive outpatient treatment. The research question was what are the experiences and perceptions of parents of patients with depression regarding their role as caretakers in intensive outpatient treatment? Symptoms of mental illness such as anxiety and depression diminish functioning, cause distress, and create an economic burden to individuals and society. This meta-analysis was designed to evaluate the effectiveness of video based interventions (VBIs) for the treatment of adults in mental health settings. VBIs comprise four different ways of using video in mental health therapy, including video modeling, video exposure, video feedback, and videos used for psychoeducation. Bandura's social learning theory, Beck's cognitive theory, and Dowrick's theory of feedforward learning form the theoretical framework for understanding how VBIs work. Anxiety is a cognitive, behavioral, and physiological reaction to stress, and athletes have an increased risk being in a high-stress environment. One of the effects of increased stress on the body is a condition known as central sensitization (CS) where the central nervous system amplifies sensory input across many organ systems causing a pain response in normally non-painful areas or hypersensitivity to stimuli. Human rights advocates often confront trauma and stress in their work. They are exposed to testimony about heinous abuses; work in insecure locations; visit physical sites of abuse; review forensic, photographic, and video evidence; directly witness abuses; experience threats; and can also suffer detention, be attacked, or be tortured themselves. Such exposure risks adversely impacting the wellbeing and mental health of advocates. Our gut microbiota is involved in human development, nutrition, and the pathogenesis of gut disorders, but has more recently been implicated as a possible mechanism in the pathophysiology of several brain disorders, including disorders of mood and affect, such as depression. Researchers have referred to this dynamic, bidirectional signaling pathway between the gut and the brain as the “gut-brain axis.” However, most research on this axis has been limited to rodent studies, and there has been little insight into the mechanism behind it. College counselors provide training to their campus constituents on various mental health issues, including the identification of warning signs and the referral of students to appropriate resources. Though extensive information on these topics is available in the counseling literature, college counselors lack a psychometrically sound screening instrument to support some of these educational efforts. To meet this need, the present researchers developed and validated the College Mental Health Perceived Competency Scale (CMHPCS). The purpose of this dissertation is to explore how a mainstream theory of psychological practice might inadvertently conceal and ignore contemporary values and ideologies and their pathological consequences. Through a hermeneutic approach, I interpreted Leslie Greenberg’s Emotion-focused therapy: Coaching clients to work through their feelings (2nd ed), a popular and widely used theory in psychotherapy. Objective: A multisite field trial testing whether improved outcomes associated with intensive referral to mutual help groups (MHGs) could be maintained after the intervention was adapted for the circumstances and needs of rural veterans in treatment for substance use disorder (SUD). Methods: In three Veterans Affairs treatment programs in the Midwest, patients (N = 195) received standard referral (SR) or rural-adapted intensive referral (RAIR) and were measured at baseline and 6-month follow-up. American and European studies suggest that anywhere from 14 to 67% of children have experienced at least one traumatic event throughout their life. Furthermore, about 13.4% of them go on to develop post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or symptoms (Diehle, J., Opmeer, B.C., Boer, F., Mannarino, A.P., & Lindauer, R.J., 2015). การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา ณ ช่วงเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความสุขในการทำงาน ระดับความผูกพันต่อองค์กร ตลอดจนปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสุขในการทำงานของพนักงานประจำบริษัทแจ่มใสพับลิชชิ่ง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากพนักงานในบริษัทแจ่มใสพับลิชชิ่ง จำนวน 124 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบสอบถามความสุขในการทำงาน แบบสอบถามความผูกพันต่อองค์กร และแบบสอบถาม PHQ9 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา Independent sample t-test ,one way ANOVA, Spearman ‘s Correlation Coefficiency and Multiple Liner Regression และสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple Liner Regression) ด้วยวิธี Stepwise พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ มีความสุขในการทำงานอยู่ในระดับมาก (ร้อยละ50.8) มีความผูกพันต่อองค์กรอยู่ในระดับมาก (ร้อยละ64.5) ความสุขในการทำงานมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับความผูกพันต่อองค์กรอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.001) โดยมีสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ 0.788 ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสุขในการทำงานได้แก่ ระดับการศึกษา สถานะภาพสมรส ความเพียงพอของรายได้ โรคประจำตัว ภาวะซึมเศร้า การได้รับคำชมจากผู้บังคับบัญชาและเหตุการณ์ที่ก่อให้เกิดความเครียด ปัจจัยทำนายความสุขในการทำงานได้แก่ ระดับการศึกษาสูงกว่าปริญญาตรี การได้รับคำชมจากผู้บังคับบัญชาและเหตุการณ์ที่ก่อให้เกิดความเครียด ผลวิจัยนี้สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลให้กับองค์กรเพื่อใช้ไปพัฒนาและเป็นแนวทางในการดูแล และเสริมสร้างความสุขในการทำงานและความผูกพันต่อองค์กรให้กับพนักงาน โดยกำหนดเป็นนโยบายและแผนงานในการพัฒนาวัฒนธรรมองค์กรสู่ องค์กรที่มีความสุขและประสบความสำเร็จในการดำเนินธุรกิจ เพื่อรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางธุรกิจมีการแข่งขันสูงในปัจจุบัน

ความสุขเชิงอัตวิสัย การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง และทัศนคติที่มีต่อคู่จิ้นของสาววายในประเทศไทย, ณิณา ธนทัดนัททนน

การศึกษาวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา ณ ช่วงเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติที่มีต่อคู่จิ้น การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง และความสุขเชิงอัตวิสัย รวมถึงปัจจัยอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องของสาววายในประเทศไทยที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 18 ปีขึ้นไป ในช่วงเดือนสิงหาคม 2561 จำนวน 1,745 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ แบ่งเป็น 4 ส่วน ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบวัดทัศนคติที่มีต่อคู่จิ้นหรือคู่ชิปที่ชื่นชอบ แบบวัดระดับการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง และแบบวัดระดับความสุขคนไทย (THI-15) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบไคสแคว์ สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยโลจิสติก และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงเส้นแบบพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า อายุเฉลี่ยของกลุ่มตัวอย่างเท่ากับ 22.63 ปี ส่วนใหญ่มีความสุขเท่ากับคนทั่วไป คิดเป็นร้อยละ 38.8 ในขณะที่ร้อยละ 34.1 มีความสุขมากกว่าคนทั่วไป และร้อยละ 27.1 มีความสุขน้อยกว่าคนทั่วไป กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เห็นคุณค่าในตนเองในระดับปานกลาง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 46.6 และส่วนใหญ่มีความคลั่งไคล้คู่จิ้นหรือคู่ชิปที่ชื่นชอบในระดับปานกลาง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 70.5 โดยส่วนใหญ่ใช้เวลาในการติดตามคู่จิ้นหรือคู่ชิปน้อยกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 6 ชั่วโมงต่อวัน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 82.6 นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองและความสุขเชิงอัตวิสัยนั้น มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับสูง (R = 0.745, p < 0.001) ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับความสุขเชิงอัตวิสัย ได้แก่ การมีแฟน การเปิดเผยตัวตนว่าเป็นสาววาย การไม่มีความเจ็บป่วยทางจิตเวชของตนเองและสมาชิกในครอบครัว ความคลั่งไคล้คู่จิ้นต่ำ และการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองสูง โดยพบว่า การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง เป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่สามารถทำนายความสุขเชิงอัตวิสัยของสาววายในประเทศไทยได้ (R2 = 0.555) กล่าวโดยสรุปคือ สาววายในประเทศไทยส่วนใหญ่มีความคลั่งไคล้คู่จิ้นหรือคู่ชิปที่ชื่นชอบ การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง และความสุขเชิงอัตวิสัยในระดับปานกลาง การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองนั้น ถือเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่สามารถทำนายความสุขเชิงอัตวิสัย และทัศนคติที่มีต่อคู่จิ้นหรือคู่ชิปที่ชื่นชอบได้ ผลการศึกษาวิจัยนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ในการทำความเข้าใจ ให้การดูแลช่วยเหลือ และส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิตของสาววายในประเทศไทยอย่างเหมาะสมต่อไป

เหตุผลของการทำวิจัย: การมีความสัมพันธ์แบบคู่รักเป็นขั้นตอนสำคัญอย่างหนึ่งในพัฒนาการของมนุษย์สำหรับวัยผู้ใหญ่ตอนต้นตามทฤษฎีพัฒนาการทางจิตสังคมของ Erikson ความสำเร็จในพัฒนาการลำดับขั้นนี้ จะนำไปสู่ความสามารถที่จะอยู่ร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้อย่างมีพันธะสัญญาต่อกัน แต่หากล้มเหลว ก็จะนำไปสู่ความรู้สึกโดดเดี่ยวอ้างว้างในใจ ซึ่งปัจจัยสำคัญอย่างหนึ่งที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจรักษาหรือยุติความสัมพันธ์ก็คือความพึงพอใจในความสัมพันธ์ ผู้วิจัยจึงสนใจศึกษาในเรื่องนี้ โดยเลือกศึกษาในนิสิตที่มีอายุช่วง 21 – 22 ปี ซึ่งตรงกับช่วงเริ่มเข้าสู่วัยผู้ใหญ่ตอนต้นตามทฤษฎีของ Erikson และมีการศึกษาว่ามักมีปัญหาเรื่องความสัมพันธ์ โดยผลการศึกษาที่ได้ จะสะท้อนภาพรวมของนิสิตรวมถึงเป็นองค์ความรู้ใหม่แก่ผู้ที่สนใจศึกษาต่อยอดในอนาคตได้ วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย: เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจในความสัมพันธ์กับคู่รักและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระดับความพึงพอใจในความสัมพันธ์กับคู่รัก ของนิสิตที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ที่จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ตัวอย่างและวิธีการศึกษา: ศึกษาเชิงพรรณนา ณ จุดเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นิสิตระดับปริญญาตรีชั้นปีที่ 4 จาก 10 คณะของจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ที่มีคู่รักและมีระยะเวลาคบหาไม่ต่ำกว่า 1 เดือน คำนวณจำนวนตัวอย่างแบ่งตามเพศและกลุ่มสาขาวิชาที่นิสิตศึกษาอยู่ตามสัดส่วนประชากร เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล มาตรวัดองค์ประกอบความรัก และมาตรวัดความพึงพอใจในความสัมพันธ์ แล้วนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ผลการศึกษา: กลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 433 คน มีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความพึงพอใจในความสัมพันธ์ที่ 4.00 ± 0.57 (Likert scale 1 – 5) ส่วนใหญ่พึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก 55.7% ระดับมากที่สุด 23.3% และระดับปานกลาง 20.5% จากการวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยและการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน พบปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องคือ สถานภาพการพักอาศัย ระดับความพึงพอใจในชีวิต ระยะเวลาของความสัมพันธ์กับคู่รัก การเปิดเผยความสัมพันธ์ต่อเพื่อน และการเปิดเผยความสัมพันธ์ต่อครอบครัว จากการหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปร พบว่าสัมพันธ์กับระดับความพึงพอใจในชีวิต คะแนนองค์ประกอบความรักด้านความใกล้ชิด ความหลงใหล และความผูกมัด จากการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุ พบตัวแปรทำนายคือ คะแนนองค์ประกอบความรักด้านความใกล้ชิด ความผูกมัด ระดับความพึงพอใจในชีวิต และระยะเวลาของความสัมพันธ์กับคู่รัก สรุปผลการศึกษา: การศึกษานี้ชี้ให้เห็นว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มากกว่า 75% มีความพึงพอใจในความสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด และมากกว่า 99% อยู่ในระดับปานกลางขึ้นไป นอกจากนี้ ได้อธิบายถึงปัจจัยต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งข้อค้นพบนี้สามารถนำไปใช้อ้างอิง และศึกษาต่อเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการส่งเสริมและป้องกันปัญหาเรื่องความสัมพันธ์ในวัยผู้ใหญ่ตอนต้นได้

การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา ณ จุดเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง (Cross - sectional Descriptive Study) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเห็นอกเห็นใจผู้อื่นและการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของครอบครัวในนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โรงเรียนเบ็ญจะมะมหาราช จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จำนวน 716 คน ซึ่งถูกเลือกโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบวัดความเห็นอกเห็นใจผู้อื่น ของจิตราภรณ์ ทองกวด ซึ่งพัฒนามาจากทฤษฏีของโกลแมน และแบบวัดการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของครอบครัว Chulalongkorn Family Inventory (CFI) นำเสนอโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา วิเคราะห์สถิติเชิงอนุมาน โดยใช้สถิติ t-test , One way ANOVA และ Multiple Linear Regression โดยกำหนดความมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความเห็นอกเห็นใจผู้อื่นอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 3.93 ในขณะที่การปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของครอบครัวอยู่ในระดับดีพอสมควร ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 3.11 ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเห็นอกเห็นใจและการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของครอบครัวมีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ (p < 0.001) และมีความสัมพันธ์กับทุกด้านของการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของครอบครัวยกเว้นด้านการควบคุมพฤติกรรม และมีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติกับปัจจัยเพศ ( p < 0.001) คะแนนเฉลี่ยสะสม ( p < 0.001) สถานะความสัมพันธ์ของบิดามารดา ( p = 0.03) และความสัมพันธ์ของนักเรียนกับมารดา ( p = 0.001) ผลการศึกษาแสดงให้เห็นว่า ความเห็นอกเห็นใจผู้อื่นและการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของครอบครัวมีความสัมพันธ์กัน ดังนั้นการช่วยให้ครอบครัวปฏิบัติหน้าที่ได้อย่างแข็งแรงย่อมช่วยในการเสริมสร้างความเห็นอกเห็นใจผู้อื่นให้กับเด็กได้

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of a single-session group music therapy songwriting session on grief processing in hospice clinicians. The study design was quasi-experimental. Participants were cluster randomized into a control group and a treatment group. The researcher led a 50-minute songwriting session focused on sharing and processing experiences of grief-related stress and burnout in hospice work. Grief processing was measured using a self-report survey for n=25. Overall differences between control and treatment groups were not found to be statistically significant. Horses are being used in psychotherapy at increasing rates despite a lack of evidence establishing efficacy of the practice (Anestis, Anestis, Zawilinski, Hopkins, & Lilienfeld, 2013; Selby & Smith-Osborne, 2013). Without common and consistent practices based on a working theory of how Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy (EFP) creates change, it is unknown how varied the practice is across the United States (Anestis et al., 2013). The United States is in the throes of an opioid epidemic. Any person who uses an opioid medication may experience an intentional or unintentional overdose. An overdose is more likely to occur when an individual ingests an opioid in combination with certain classes of medications, such as benzodiazepines or nonbenzodiazepines (Z-drugs).
